Vacation rentals with a patio in Baja Sardinia

You immediately feel comfortable and at home here! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's whining at a high level. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! Great place in a great location. Nice to be able to park our car right at the door. Lovely short walk to restaurants and the beach.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place with beach access!

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Had a brilliant stay! The place was modern, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. It was right next to a small beach and a few others within walking distance. The main town and nightlife were about 20 mins away by walking, but didn’t feel long due to the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely come back!

Great vacation home. We had a great week with 4 adults and 4 children. The house is well equipped and, despite the proximity to the airport, is rural but with good connections in all directions.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Federico was a great host, who welcomed us very warmly! The house is located in a very quiet area with incredible views and private access to the sea. We were fortunate to benefit from Federico's advice, who was always super responsive. It was a real pleasure.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

The house is perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. Everything is there, including the washing machine. We were four adults and it was just right with the two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a couch on which two people could possibly sleep. The pool is a saltwater pool, which we were really excited about. The pool/terrace has a great location, always sunny, and you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from here. There are plenty of loungers and seating. I would like to express a very special thank you to the hosts Carlo and his wife Anna for the very nice contact and the welcome. We will be happy to come back.

From start to finish Alessandra was so helpful and friendly, we had a few questions before we arrived which made it easy to plan and making bookings. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and in such a fabulous location. We want to come back again next year!

The space was fantastically beautiful. Spacious and modern design with attention to detail. A beautiful pool and a location in the middle of Sardinia's nature. Tom was always quick to reach and was always at our side with any questions.

Well-equipped apartment with a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner. The complex is not very pretty to look at, but the apartment inside is great! Beautifully designed and super clean. But you definitely need a car to explore the area. The nearest beach is a few minutes away by car.

Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay at Valerios Apartment.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Apartment equipped with everything you need, like staying at home (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, all kinds of cutlery, pans, bowls, etc.). Close to the market and the sea, very quiet area. A nice well-kept garden with plants and flowers, with deck chairs and barbecue. Very kind host, available and responsive to any doubt. i definitely recommend it.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
