Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans cette maison paisible. Le logement était propre et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent le calme, tout en étant à proximité des commodités locales. Les hôtes ont été particulièrement attentionnés, nous fournissant des recommandations locales et s'assurant que tout se passait bien tout au long de notre séjour. Ce fut une expérience parfaite, et nous serions ravis de revenir pour en profiter à nouveau. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Un excellent logement, calme, et une hôte très réactive et très gentille ! Letizia nous a même montrer leur vide avec des recommandations d’activités et de restaurant. La piscine est superbe, chauffée, propre, avec espace pataugeoire pour les enfants. Place de parc à disposition pour le logement. Par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au Port car il n’y a pas de trottoirs. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen lässt es sich vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse toll entspannen und essen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Sonia haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren mit dem Check in und out flexibel was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Das Haus liegt außerdem sehr günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind gleich in der Nähe (ca 10-15 min) und trotzdem ist man abseits des Trubels und hat es damit sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

We thought that this was an exceptional place to stay! A beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city in Olbia. Beautifully equipped with everything you need and very quiet with the double glazed windows. Communication with Kristina and the others was exceptional. Helpful with anything we needed and even a couple of minor emergencies! We highly recommend this place to anyone for a wonderful stay in Olbia. Many thanks!

Maria è una padrona di casa amichevole e disponibile. Ti fa sentire a casa. Bellissimo l'appartamento in villa, di classe e di design. Davvero elegante e confortevole. la casa era pulitissima con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, il quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. tornerò di sicuro!

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist wunderschön inmitten der Natur gelegen. Auf dem Gelände findet man diverse Terrassen mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Wer Stille Rückzug sucht wird hier genau das finden. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Alberto ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Vermieter, seine Assitenz Signora Michela ist vor Ort stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir sind glücklich und dankbar für unseren wundervollen Aufenthalt... 😊

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Fedele und seiner Frau begrüßt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es gab sogar Wasser bei der Ankunft. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind bzw. 3 Erwachsene. Der dazugehörige Hof war auch schön groß und wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt. Fedele meldet sich bei Fragen auch immer zeitnah zurück oder gibt Tipps. Man ist in 2-3 Minuten im Ort mit vielen Restaurants und auch der Strand ust fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für unsere Tochter war es ein Highlight, dass die beiden Katzen der Besitzer immer mal wieder auf die Terrasse kamen. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Siamo stati ospiti di Laura nel suo bellissimo appartamento in occasione del Rally Storico Costa Smeralda 2025. Le camere molto spaziose, ben curate e pulitissime. Laura è stata una padrona di casa impeccabile, disponibile e sempre molto efficace ad ogni nostra richiesta. Se torneremo da queste parti cercheremo di tornare nell'appartamento di Laura perché abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci serviva.

From start to finish Alessandra was so helpful and friendly, we had a few questions before we arrived which made it easy to plan and making bookings. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and in such a fabulous location. We want to come back again next year!

Check-in was smooth – Riccardo, the co-host, welcomed us warmly and was very kind throughout our stay. The location is great: just 3 minutes’ walk from the quiet and lovely Spiaggia delle Saline, where we enjoyed a picnic and stayed until sunset. Cala dei Ginepri is about 15 minutes away on foot or a quick drive – also stunning and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character and charm, with unique details like carefully chosen vases and beach towels. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with an induction cooktop. My partner had to work and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls. We also appreciated having a washing machine – small but useful for light laundry. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to relax. We felt at home right away!

This is a real gem. You have incredible views of the sea, a two minute walk to the beach. Relaxing on the patio or even from inside the house you have large windows to enjoy the views - even the rainy day was a pleasure!! Very large rocks behind the house provided a great place for our boys to climb and from up top you get incredible views of the area. The neighborhood is pristine and very walkable from the house to the center of town and a very nice grocery store are all winthin 10-15 minutes walk. Honestly, this was one of the most relaxing vacations for our family of five. We loved eating on the patio and enjoying the sunsets. Laura was an incredible resource for us, super helpful and and accessible. And the house had everything you need - large closets and fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room and game table, eat in kitchen, comfy covered dining outside. Washing machine and dishwasher all worked well. And plenty of extra blankets and pillows etc.

Gazdele s-au comportat incredibil de bine, ne-au raspuns rapid tuturor intrebarilor, ne-au dat toate informatiile utile despre casa si imprejurimi asigurandu-se constant daca toate nevoie ne sunt indeplinite, am doar cuvinte de lauda despre ei si despre casa care arata impecabil si nu ii lipsea absolut nimic .Toate accesoriile necesare erau prezente.

La estancia contaba con todas las amenidades mencionadas en el anuncio. Nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde de la solicitada! Era el espacio que necesitábamos!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Laure und Benjamin sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und beeindruckt vor allem durch den atemberaubenden Ausblick von der (Dach-)terrasse. Einige Nachbarskatzen kamen regelmäßig zu Besuch 😉 Es war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchweg positiv und überaus freundlich. Die Gegend eignet sich gut für Ausflüge an wunderschöne Orte (Pkw zwingend erforderlich!) und ist im Mai nur mäßig besucht. Leere Strände überall. Traumhaft. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt jederzeit weiterempfehlen 😊

Ruhige, tolle Lage — ideal, um in alle Richtungen verschiedene Strände und Restaurants zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr ruhig, die Betten sind bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Cristina ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und antwortet stets schnell auf Nachrichten.

We had an amazing time staying at the houses of Marco and Laura in Porto Cervo! The house is tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the stunning beaches, charming shops, and excellent restaurants of Porto Cervo. We loved being so close to everything while still enjoying a peaceful and private atmosphere. The interior of the house is bright, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedrooms and luxury bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas are perfect for spending quality time together. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, providing great local recommendations and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this holiday home exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Porto Cervo.
