Casa de Salreu AL - House

Casa de Salreu is a single-story, single-family home with its own land of about 2,000 square meters (flanked by willows and a water line), a patio, 4 comfortably furnished suites, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Rehabilitated in the first half of 2020, it is the result of the reconstruction of a typical house in the region, where we sought to maintain, in addition to the volumetry, the personality and romantic aura of the space, with total respect for the natural surroundings.

Casa da Salgada

A short distance from Porto, not far from Coimbra and very close to Aveiro, you will find a natural lagoon . Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest.
