The kitchen opens onto a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you up in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 rooms including one with dressing room. The south facing terrace and expansive garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues, and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

Quiet and magical place, out of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, multiple must-see places nearby to visit. You will appreciate my accommodation for its 100% vintage decoration that will plunge you into the 50s, the comfort, the old buildings of the port. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
