Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Baia Caddinas, Golfo Aranci

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely furnished, great view of the harbor. The air conditioning (heating) in the living room was out of order. From the parking lot to the apartment, it is several meters and 50 steps up. In the village, there are several supermarkets, difficult to reach without a car.

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need – a comfy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and living room. It's in a quiet area, not long walk to the promenade. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Mrs. Fabiola was super available, meeting all our needs. The house is cool, there is all the essentials and the location is great if you want to be in the middle of the greenery and a few minutes drive from the sea. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

thank you Romina for your hospitality and availability, for our holiday week we had everything you need. The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. Olbia is a very nice and quiet town, from which it is easy to reach attractions and entertainment offers are not lacking. The listing description is accurate, everything is very tidy and clean. Chrystelle is very kind, quick and proactive in resolving small initial problems. We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

It has been a pleasure staying in this Airbnb. Maria is so nice and welcoming. She had kindly bought some snacks for our arrival. The check in and out went very smoothly as she is very flexible and responsive. The flat is well located and furnished with all the amenities needed. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend this Airbnb!

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

We stayed in Maria Giuseppina's apartment with our small child and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, check-in and communication went wonderfully. A nearby parking space was always available. We were particularly pleased with Maria Giuseppina's willingness to accommodate a very late check-out, which meant we were able to make much better use of the last day before the ferry departed - thank you very much!

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!
