This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Cala Paradiso. Uitzicht is geweldig. Omgeving erg rustig. Het terras en tuin is erg fijn. San Theodoro op 20 min. rijden met leuke bars en restaurants. Dikke aanrader.

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Nous avons eu le bonheur de vivre dans la magnifique maison, très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Un secteur tranquille et sécuritaire à distance de marche d’une petite plage et d’un snack bar pour des lunchs. Le petit village de Porto Pozzo est à moins de 5km où l’on trouve des restaurants et une épicerie. La propriétaire de cette maison est très attentionnée et est a répondu rapidement à nos messages. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

L appartement est très cosy , bien décoré et bien équipé , à souligner car c est loin d être le cas partout en Sardaigne.. La terrasse est extra , grande avec vue sur la verdure La résidence est calme ( septembre) Il y’a un parking gratuit juste à côtés , mais en haute saison il est peut être souvent complet , à voir … À proximité, c est à dire à pieds , il y a deux plages très agréables avec tous les équipements. Porto Rotondo est à quelques minutes L emplacement est parfait Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus und es war noch schöner als in unser Erinnerung. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind super gepflegt und der Blick von den Terassen einfach grandios. Giuseppe war immer schnell erreichbar und Marchesa und ihr Team kümmern sich sehr gewissenhaft um alles. Ihr selbstgekochtes Dinner ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit. Wir kommen sicher Wieder.

We had a lovely stay - the place was just like the pictures. The beach was very close and beautiful with a beach bar. The local port was within a 20 minute walk away. Lovely peaceful place.

Sehr schöne neu renovierte Wohnung mit allen was man braucht. Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht die man in 3 min zu Fuß erreicht. Super Gastgeber, perfekte Kommunikation. Ich kann die Wohnung 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ho passato sei giorni in soggiorno qui mi sono trovata benissimo casa bellissima e accoglienti non vedo l’ora di tornare lo consiglio questo alloggio .

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved staying at Elena’s condo! Exactly as described and was super clean! We needed some recommendations and Elena always responded with extremely helpful advice. The area is very slow and quiet which we loved. Within walking distance of all Porto Rotondo has to offer!!

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment in June. The view from the balcony was my favourite part of our whole holiday. It was so lovely to look out to sea and have the sound of the waves throughout the accommodation. Pool and sea access is a very very short walk from the door. Monica was lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Good beaches nearby (Spiaggia Bianca). 6 mins walk to a pizza restaurant and a bar. 15 mins walk to a bar and supermarket. Note the restaurants in Golfo are more of a 40 mins walk so leave the heels at home! As this apartment is on a very well maintained and beautifully thought out complex it is very safe and everyone we saw was lovely. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring NE Sardinia. A car is preferable.

Alessandra was so wonderful, very kind and always attentive and helpful. The home was perfectly located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. We got to interact with locals, and even found the restaurants in the neighborhood to be our favorite. It’s conveniently very close to downtown Olbia, but away from all the crowds. Last but not least, the sea and the spectacular views from the apartment. It was the perfect way to wake up every morning. The walk-able beach was stunning, with calm waves and clear waters. Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’appartamento è estremamente moderno, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La pulizia era impeccabile, uno degli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più. Si nota l’attenzione ai dettagli, con ambienti curati e un’atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La posizione è perfetta: si trova a pochi passi dal centro e vicino a numerosi ristoranti e locali, il che rende molto facile muoversi e trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno senza dover usare l’auto. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro, la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Un altro punto a favore è stata la comunicazione con l’host: sempre disponibile, rapido nelle risposte e molto cordiale. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per il check-in e suggerimenti su cosa fare nei dintorni, cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In definitiva, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!
