it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Nice place, the view was too good

The place is spacious and easy to check in, the neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. We had problem with the water heater and water pressure in the bathrooms, but Nixon was very responsive, he came over to check and arranged for someone to fix the water heater despite it was the CNY eve. The place does not have water dispenser but Nixon provided bottled water for us.

Mr Poh Hooi is a very friendly host. The house provided in a good condition. All of the amenities are well managed. The place is clean and quite big area at external part of the unit

Comfortable stay. Apartment is clean Terence was not around unfortunately but he had kindly arranged for a friend to meet us. Ms Chien is very friendly and helpful who had explained everything meticulously. She even dropped us of to George Town on the way. Recomended for families who does not want to stay right smack in the middle of town. 20 mins everage time to get to main places. 5 mins away Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal (for bus travellers), 10 mins approx to the Penang Bridge for car travellers. Thanks Terence and Chien =).

Nice place, very clean and very spacious. Swimming pool view from balcony Was happy to have a filter in the kitchen which is very important. Coffee, milo and biscuits provided thank you very much. The dish wash liquid soap was filled in the shower bath container. Needs labelling. The lighting can be brighter very poor lighting especially in the rooms and bathrooms. Otherwise all was good and finally my little poodle also enjoyed the stay.

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

Very well kept and suitable place for groups. The stray dogs in the area are bit of a menace but that’s outside the well barricaded house.

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

Rachel's place is in a great location in Georgetown, it's beside the sea, and there's restaurants downstairs. The place in the house is sufficient, and amenities are as listed. Rachel was always responsive to queries. Parking was provided. One thing to note that it's opposite a mosque, so you may get woken up early morning.

Been to the condo multiple times, Swee is definitely the best stay/host in the area. Truly a hidden gem! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, like ikea showroom, and felt like a home away from home. The host was responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, great location, and cozy vibes all around. Would 100% stay here again and again and again!!! highly recommended!

The unit is better than the pictures shown I can assure that. The room is very spacious, very clean, you can even have 3 types of lighting to spark the mood (warm yellow, white or both)! There's a guitar you can play, Netflix you can watch, nice kitchen with basic ingredients (oil, salt, sugar and pepper), well equiped washing machine and very comfortable bathroom. Ethan is a very friendly host, he makes sure everything feels like home. All instructions are clear, even for the TV, washing machine, and other facilities. He even gave us recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and night chill. However, the parking area for the residents is very tight, so do becareful when driving a larger size car (Velfire, Alphard for example). But do not worry, Ethan will guide you through and will also tell you what needs to be extra careful when entering the carpark. Really a good place, 5/5 ⭐, and I will definitely come back again very very soon.
