We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. I travelled here with my year old baby and definitely this place was worth and user friendly. Equipped kitchen is what I was happy about. I do need to mention the host Anay was responsive enough to handle queries. This place is calm and peaceful. The only drawback would be the mosquitoes, if you are looking to have a seat by the river side.

Had an amazing one week stay at Den 401. Place really feels like home with all the basic amenities and the host made sure that the place itself has got goods and miscellaneous items to cover over a night if the shops are shut down or on a late arrival to the place. Totally loved the presentation and both my brother and sister were very happy on the stay.. already missing the Den and Goa itself. Will definitely recommend to my friends and loved ones on this amazing place in Nerul. Sanjeev and Raghu , thanks again for the amazing hospitality and hope to see you soon again .

The Villa was incredibly peaceful and cosy ! It was so well located near the city center, with many bars and restaurants. The view from the bedrooms and the pool was beautiful. The helpers were really helpful and lovely. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place !

We’re Goans who chose this villa for our cousins get together and to say that we felt like home away from home is such a great feeling at this place. It is such a beautiful property, very aesthetic and very relaxing. A dream home indeed! Rohit and Deepak were extremely sweet and very humble too, they would not let us do anything, even wash a spoon or anything. The breakfast was good, the tea was even better. Everyone was very communicative, Myron and Omkar were very friendly and easy to communicate too.

It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.
