Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. This historic carrë farm is located between Klimmen and the cozy Valkenburg. The old hayloft is now a spacious vacation apartment on the second floor. Very complete and high-quality furnished. On the ground floor, there is a sheltered garden with terrace available. The farm where you are a guest is a dairy farm, you can take a look at the cows. For the enthusiasts, we serve fresh milk and eggs. This vacation home can be combined with the farm of Heerehoeve 4 pers.

We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.

The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
