A very beautiful home in a lovely setting. Very picturesque right on the beach. We loved the pool it was perfect. Fair warning the road coming in is quite rough, you wouldn’t want to be driving a car in and out more than once a day. We opted to cook most of our meals instead of going to restaurants. Great location for canyoneering at Kawasan falls and also not too far from Oslob for the whale sharks. The caretakers that were on the property were attentive and lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a remote getaway, it was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you so much :)

Claudine's Villa was absolutely amazing! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodate our large group of 10 people. Special shout out to the on-site staff for being extremely helpful and offering to drive into town to pick up food for us! Claudine was also very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again in the future!

The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but still close to local spots and attractions. The view was amazing, especially during sunrise/sunset. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Alegria

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

I made a reservation on Airbnb and 10 people stayed at the villa. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and I am willing to choose here for the next time. It is super clean and new, and everything is well equipped. It has four rooms with individual bathrooms. Each room has two beds, one couch, and kitchen. Dishes and cutlery are clean. It was good to have a night supper beer and mango! They provide water dispensers and towels. They have terrace that I can dry my wetsuit and bathing suit. The view is insane at the terrace at second floor!☀️☀️

Had a special birthday celebration for my dad's birthday. It was the perfect place for the event mini birthday getaway. Big house for a big family. Great entertainment and view. well kept and clean! Thank you so much Simala Beach House! Great time!

My colleagues and I rented this house for 2 days and we loved our stay. We liked the clean rooms and linens. There's also a karaoke which we enjoyed the most before going to bed. Ma'am Grace is a super host. She went above and beyond just to accommodate our requests. Her sister who keeps the house clean greeted us when we arrived and we are thankful for her assistance. The house is approx 10- minute away from the beach so it's best if you could bring your own car.

It's totally worth the travel. it really lives up to its name! We all had a great time! what a perfect way to end our weekend getaway!

Pros: Two seat recliner sofa was awesome. A/C worked great. Big smart TV perfect. Excellent WiFi. Clean. And cleaned again every 4 days. Spacious. Bed very firm, but was comfortable with the chipped foam pillows. Two nightstands. Filtered water provided. Close to the main road, but set back enough it's quiet at night. Pretty grounds. Part of a hostel, which has pros and cons. Terrific staff. Sherry and Audrey were exceptional. Reception open 24/7. Community activities. Free coffee at the bar. Cons: It's dated and worn. The doorknob & lock were very insecure. The hole for the knob was too big and it has a piece of wood bracing it. The knob has a push-button lock. No deadbolt. No privacy chain, and this door leads directly outside. Sheet and blanket much too small for the bed and too short to cover your feet. Door to bathroom is an aluminum storm door like would be on the outside of a house. It won't stand open and springs closed. No bathroom fan. No hand towels.

Had an amazing stay at Jessa’s place. Very peaceful getaway in Moalboal, professional and friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. The property and its surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful.

Great location, 2 mins away from the beach! Close to a lot of restaurants. Looks better than the photos, so spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bedroom and kitchen/living room area have aircon. There is also a place to hang your wet clothes outside. There are 2 kuyas downstairs that help you with whatever you need. The room and the whole property were very clean and will maintained. Charlie and everyone else were very friendly. The room was exactly as in the pictures. The location is in a side street. Very quiet and central at the same time. We enjoyed our days and would surely come back :-)

We loved staying at Flordelita’s place. If we go back to Moalboal soon, I will definitely book and stay at this place again. Private and very serene, walkable from the center of Panagsama Moalboal and near to everything. Exceptional communication as well with the Host, kudos!

Lovely staff, cute hotel, close to restaurants but remote enough to do not feel overwhelmed by the crowd. The pool area was very nice. We enjoyed this little hotel.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

AllyXander has been one of the great Hosts I've stayed on an Airbnb so far. Auntie Mercy who helped us checked in and out is a very nice person who maintained the place in very good condition. We've enjoyed our stay during 1st of January. Guards are very welcoming and very helpful in finding the place for us. Recommended for family who's planning to have some small games in the listing like pinot henyo.

No question the place is great and clean. The only downside is the check in process is very redundant, host asking to fill up form for the names of the guest which you fill out and upload everyone's ID. Then the guard from the entrance of the location will also ask you to fill out all names of all the guest, after that another guard from the building where the unit is located will also ask you write all names again. The keycard of the main door, I don't know if it's defective or not but it took us almost an hour to enter and figure it out. it not like the ordinary keycard that you just tap and open. you need to try different angle and swipe in order to work. Overall the place is very clean and we'll maintained. recommend.

This was my first time staying at Sanremo Oasis, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations—especially after reading some negative reviews online. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and our experience was far from the complaints I had seen. The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the two TVs—one in the living room and another in the master bedroom—which was perfect for us since we enjoy relaxing at home. The pool was another highlight; we really enjoyed using it during our downtime. The location was ideal for the event we were attending. That said, I would recommend bringing groceries, water, and other essentials ahead of time, as there aren’t many convenience stores nearby aside from the one at SM Seaside. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely book this place again if it’s available for our next visit. Thank you!

exactly the same as the photos but a little small than expected. though small, it had everything you need for a short stay. our sleep was comfy because of the bed. within the vicinity, you have a pharmacy, coffee shop, massage and grocery. you have everything you need :)
