Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Bis 1897 war in diesen Räumen die „Städtische Fasseiche“ untergebracht, ein Eichamt für Fässer. Heute stehen stützende Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus sogen. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm.
