There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafés. Nearest bus stop: 2 min walk

The house lies completely in the countryside in a quiet, sunny location. From the nearest bus stop to; restaurant, village, train station, lake or paraplegic center Nottwil within 5 minutes. The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. There is public transport, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child friendly and non-smokers. You share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
