Raus ausse Stadt und rein in den Kotten. Das denkmalgeschützte Heuerhaus liegt auf einem 5000m² Naturgrundstück Eingebettet in ländlicher Umgebung finden Sie hier Erholung pur. Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet. Sie planen ein langes Wochenende? Buchen Sie die Anreise Freitags ab 15 Uhr und genießen Sie den Sonntag bis zum Abend.

Vacation in nature!

With our camper, including an awning, we have created an opportunity to spend a special vacation with us at the vacation farm. You have the opportunity to fully enjoy the summer. The caravan offers comfortable beds and a cozy seating area with electric fireplace. In the awning there is a cooking option with ceramic hob, fridge and hot air fryer and a dining area. Directly in front of the door begins an outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Newly renovated apartment on the Mittelland Canal

In the Gartenstadt district you will find our newly renovated, high-quality furnished 75 m² apartment. Bathroom with open shower and storage room, living-dining room and kitchen that was built to measure. In the cozy bedroom, a box-spring bed and sofa bed invite you to relax. Guest toilet and cloakroom are also provided. The apartment is fully equipped with electric blinds. Smart TV (55 inches) with cable connection and Netflix available.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.
