Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. A quiet and nice village 2 km away from Bad Lobenstein. It is reachable by train and by car just 15 min drive from A9 highway. There are 2 restaurants in the village (Greek and German at the train station), There are Many activities around: a lovely in and out-door pool at Ardesia Terme, 10 min away in Wurzbach- Skizentrum am Frankenlift, visit of castles (Burgk, Ebersdorf, etc.)

I am happy to welcome you to our new guest apartment. Ideal for a stopover on your trip, but much too good for just one night. Nearby is the local inn, where you can indulge in culinary delights. We are extremely conveniently located (A9 and A72) to explore the surrounding area. (Green Belt, Franconian Forest, Slate Mountains, Saxon Saale)

I offer a newly renovated apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfed can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. In the entrance area opposite is another (2 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb.
