Apartment vacation rentals in Bad Elster

We loved our stay in Greta’s apartment. It’s a self-contained apartment on the first floor; it’s about 15 minutes on the bus into the centre of Bayreuth, and around 30 mins to the Festspielhaus. (We walked back from the Festspielhaus one evening which took about 1.5 hours - a nice walk). There’s a good supermarket with an excellent bakery attached to it about 5-10 mins walk away. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and peaceful - with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. While my friend was in the main bedroom, I slept in the work room on the sofa bed - which was comfortable and cosy so is a great second bedroom. There was coffee, tea, chocolate and a bottle of wine when we arrived which was a nice touch. Greta was very kind, even giving us lifts to the theatre and to the train station. She has a genuine warmth and it was a pleasure to meet her, and to stay in her apartment. Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation and warm hospitality for people and dogs. There were two of us with two dogs and we all felt very comfortable. The place is equipped as described and everything was very clean. Kay and his family were always available and very friendly. There was a welcome gift for humans and animals, as well as wood for the fire pit. We were even able to get into the property earlier and leave later. Since we planned hikes, we got our money's worth, because the location is optimal to start directly from the front door. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest, so it was just wonderfully quiet and relaxing for everyone. We would love to come back, with more time for more hiking trails. My dog and I were allowed to spend 2.5 wonderful weeks in Marianne's apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing hiking vacation - the location is perfect as a starting point. In wonderful tranquility, we were able to have breakfast every morning on the balcony and then explore the Fichtel Mountains. Particularly noteworthy, however, is Marianne herself - a very warm host who surprised us every Sunday with a delicious piece of cake. Thank you so much - we had a great time. From the heart all the best and stay healthy and as happy as I was able to get to know you for a long time.

Ludvik’s place is very very worth for the price. Ludvik was helpful in communication and we had a smooth check-in, great dinner from a restaurant that Ludvik recommended (1 minute walk from the accommodation) and also loved the town Horni Slavkov. Thank you Ludvik :)

Frank is a very accommodating host. He always got back to me very quickly. The apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished as described and also equipped with children's toys and books. Information material is available and the location was great for day trips. We simply felt completely comfortable and highly recommend it!

Denise's apartment is very centrally located and nicely cozy . I was there alone, but if all 4 beds were occupied, it would still not be too tight . Communication was nice and always timely . Check-in with nice personal key service . Very eager and friendly. I'd love to come back again again !

The stay with Jörg was super pleasant. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and sparkling clean. Jörg and his wife are always available, they are perfect hosts.

Super nice hosts, very eager to meet any requests. 😊 Everything was also nicely decorated for Christmas and prepared for me love. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable.

We stayed at Lukáš's place for sightseeing and hiking for two nights. Check-in was very flexible, so we had no time stress on arrival. From the outside, the house is inconspicuous, the apartment inside is top modern and above all very clean. Our little dog was also welcome. The location is great, you walked down the mountain to downtown within 10 minutes, where there are great restaurants. A small supermarket is right around the corner, we didn't have to haul anything far. All in all a lovely stay, thank you.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Located in a pedestrian zone. The windows overlook the courtyard and are very quiet. The apartment is compact and comfortable. There is everything you need. Perfect for a couple.

Pleasant accommodation although the street is busy and noisy during the day. Access is easy and parking is available right in front. Be careful though with the address that seems incomplete, without the photos of the accommodation from the host, we would not have found it. The apartment is much larger than you might think from the outside. Recommended.

The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff members of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Everything was perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

A hassle-free communication with the host and very straightforward check-in made the stay very pleasant. Everything was there as stated in the description.

Dear Richard, we felt very comfortable in your apartment right from the start. It's almost too good for an Airbnb. The amenities and especially the location are absolutely great. The bathroom is nice and big. The kitchen is also chic and well equipped. There was practically everything you have at home. I've rarely stayed in such a great Airbnb before. Wonderful apartment in Bad Elster. Perfect location - walking distance to parks and bakery, surrounded by forest with beautiful starry skies at night. The host was attentive, and all our needs were met. Great for groups and very comfortable. Fresh air and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable.
