Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße. Completely renovated in 2024, the house offers a high-quality ambiance over three floors for relaxing days with family or friends in the Palatinate. ​Inspired by the landscape and its colors and created with consistently natural materials and a lot of attention to detail, the house offers you a fantastically quiet environment within a few minutes' walk from the picturesque old town center of Deidesheim.

In case of using the heating system in the cold months we have to charge extra money of 20€ per day.

Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Country Happiness

The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2021 and has 110m² (at full occupancy), with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, spacious living area and a hallway. The apartment is located in a beautiful old farmhouse with an inner courtyard. A special feature is the free WLAN with a maximum speed of 1000 Mbit/s.

Viele örtliche Weingüter können zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad besucht werden, um Wein zu verkosten. Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
