Már a képeken is szuper, de még szebb, mint a képeken! Nagyon szerettünk itt megszállni, szuper az elhelyezkedés, tökéletesen besétálható távolságban van minden. Mi a szegedi szabadtéri színház alkalmából kerestünk szálláshelyet, de ennél jobbat nem is találhattunk volna! :)

MY stay in Szeged was amazing and one reason why was the nice airbnb. The check in was super easy and the place as described I loved the balcony with the view of the Dom. If I ever come back to Szeged I will stay there again !

Vorneweg: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei 3 Personen war top, entsprechend kommen wir gerne wieder! Leidglich kleine Mankos, siehe unten. Die Unterkunft liegt am Stadtrand, entsprechend lange Fußwege zu allen Örtlichkeiten (außer der Tesco Megamarkt, dieser liegt sehr nah). Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich, Verbrauchsmaterialien jedoch nur in minimaler Menge (z.B. zwei Spülmaschinentabs) vorhanden. Mülltrennung laut Hausordnung vorgeschrieben, es fehlte jedoch an entsprechend gekennzeichneten Behältern in der Wohnung zur Sortierung. Keinerlei Schlüssel an den Türen, auch die Toilette lies sich nicht verschließen. Es war sauber geputzt und die Betten frisch bezogen, lediglich die Kaffemaschine war vom Vorgänger noch befüllt und im Badezimmer ein paar Haare, Waschmaschine schon deutlich genutzt. Sehr gemütlich in einem Wohnhaus gelegen, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter durch Freundin auf englisch und gebrochen deutsch möglich.

Beim Check in wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen, mir wurde alles genau erklärt. Das Apartment von Edit war sehr sauber und ein frischer Duft kam mir beim eintreten entgegen. Bei fragen hat Edit sofort geantwortet, Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, ich habe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment von Edit würde ich sofort wieder buchen bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Kecskemét. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment in Szeged. Ferenc and his mother were both very accommodating and made us feel at home. His mother even came by to help us adjust the heater when there was a sudden drop in temperature, which we really appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Ferenc explained everything clearly upon our arrival. Just a note for future guests: the apartment is on the second floor and there’s no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. However, it’s located right within the Szeged University area, so it’s very convenient and easy to get around the city from there. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Szeged!

Roland’s apartment has some very modern and stylish renovations. The bathroom and kitchen are particularly well done. It takes three flights of stairs to get from the third floor balcony lift to the door of Roland‘s place. Those who are less adventurous might find the climb up to the mezzanine floor bed a bit of a challenge. it was a really suitable location for our visit. I could walk to the university. Shops and restaurants were readily available nearby. And the bonus of free public transport for all persons over 65 years was a real benefit. Roland was always responsive and helpful.
