Vacation rentals with lake access in Bács-Kiskun

We had a wonderful time in Gerard and Minka's apartment with 2 adults, 3 children and a small dog! Everything was as described, clean and very idyllic. We felt really comfortable from the start. The house is in a quiet location right next to a beautiful grove, so peace and relaxation are ensured. The great swimming lake is a few minutes' walk away and we spent a lot of time there as it has many locations and great play opportunities. In 15 minutes you can reach Kiskunhalas by car, where there are many shopping opportunities and you can buy almost everything. Nearby are also many picturesque villages and great cities such as Szeged, where you can do a lot with children. (Zoo, slide park, etc.) The contact with the two was great! They were very helpful, friendly, quick to respond and gave us extra tips for activities! (Bagac Cultural Festival.) Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay on the Hungarian Puszta, it was an ideal place to start exploring the surrounding area with our big dog. It is a very quiet, rural place and we had the luck to spend our time there while the fruit trees were in bloom! Lots of wildlife and beautiful Hungarian nature surrounds you here. Jens and Dana are absolutely amazing hosts and were always ready to help us with any questions or recommendations of the area. We are super grateful for all of their kindness and help! Our only stumbling block was the stairs. They are quite a challenge to get up and down from and as someone who is afraid of heights, this was not completely ideal. However, we did have the option to sleep on the ground floor (pull-out sofa bed), and this was a real savior for us.

I must say it was the best vacation we have ever booked through Airbnb. The private pond is very special, which we also used every day. In addition, there is a real pool. I also found the herd of sheep to the neighboring property, which you could pet. Furthermore, there are 4 cats on the property, so if you have children, there is always one to play. Very good Hungarian restaurants are nearby, which are great value for money. The hosts Susann, Othmar and Tibor are super nice, know each other and try to make everything possible. I recommend having a trip organized by carriage. Here you are guided by a local through forests and the children are even allowed to steer themselves. Overall, I highly recommend the hosts and the property.

If you are looking for rural tranquility this is the place. Quiet and beautiful. Agnes as a host was extremely friendly and helpful, greeted us at check-in,helped us organize activities, provided with information about surrounding area. Thanks Agnes.

A nice, quiet location. Good starting point for the sights of the surrounding area. We felt completely comfortable. Thanks for the drinking water until the fountain work was completed.

We spend a really great time at Susanne & Otmar’s place. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Hosts were very hospitable and helped us with any requests. The location itself is a 5-minute drive from the nearest town. The territory is very neat and pleasant. Many places where you can do sports or just relax. You can use the grill or prepare food in the local kitchen. You can also see many wild animals on the territory of the complex, we personally came across a couple of deer. I advise everyone!
