A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. For convenience, a sedan is available for guest rental at Php900/day, with discounts for weekly or monthly stays.

Chada na balay

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.

Our fully furnished studio apartment (48sqm) is on the Third Floor of a building located near the Silliman University campus, short walking distance from Port area and the famous Boulevard whilst Rollin' Pin coffee shop is on the ground floor. (Please note we have a second unit in same building available, identified as Cozy Studio Apartment (C-2)).
