Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river in the front yard for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. legacy landing has a brand new 450 sq ft. shouse resting atop of 110 acres of beautiful woodlands. The shouse is covered from wall to ceiling in pine and cedar accents harvested from our forest and sleeps 5. Inside find a fully furnished kitchenette with indoor griddle/grill, air fryer and microwave. There are two lofts upstairs with a queen bed on one side and a twin bed on the other. Down stairs is a queen futon. 2 fully stocked fishing ponds.

Historic Sadie's Log Cabin

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly log cabin located "in town". This cabin was re-located to it's current location, in 1987, from Wexford, IA. Built in 1842, by John Downs. Downs' stepdaughter Sadie inherited the cabin and lived there until she was 92. We now call it Aunt Sadie's Cabin in her memory. It now has modern conveniences like running water, electricity, and an indoor bathroom, with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Also, enjoy the real wood fireplace during the colder months.

Authentic log cabin for 2. Has a loft bed with low ceiling and stairs. Located on the edge of town, we are NOT in the country. Has a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, coffee pot, Kerig machine with supplies. Full size refrigerator. Small table & chairs. Couch and love seat, couch pulls out for additional bed. Front covered porch with chairs, small patio in back with table, chairs, fire ring and partial privacy fence. We are a NO animals allowed property, & NO smoking in buildings.

Cheerful 1-bedroom cabin

Take it easy, relax and enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer. Great bird and nature watching opportunities from our cabin and the decks! Our cabin has been newly renovated and is the perfect spot to explore the area. It is best suited for 1 or 2 people - 4 guests maximum (2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults). The bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed in the same room with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. A queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room.

You'll hear pheasants, turkeys, and a variety of birds while sipping on your favorite beverage.

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Enjoy the fire pit and feel to walk around the grounds. Close to The Field of Dreams, Mississippi and Maquoketa Rivers. Also, close to Jones and Delaware county fair grounds.
