Our apartment with 85 m² of living space is located in Bacharach, in the tranquil and cozy district of Medenscheid. Medenscheid offers you a breathtaking view down into the Middle Rhine Valley, more precisely of the medieval town of Bacharach. Enjoy the tranquility and relaxed atmosphere of our village. You have excellent opportunities for hiking, enjoying and lingering, strolling in Bacharach on the banks of the Poesie or hiking extensively around Medenscheid.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

The 1930s villa is located directly on the beautiful Münzbach and offers a view of the vineyards of Bacharach. Apartment 1 is on the raised ground floor. The apartment welcomes you with its unique style of the thirties: high ceilings, stucco elements and a beautiful wooden floor. In addition, modern and contemporary furnishings await you. The center of Bacharach is within minutes walking distance.

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.
