Excellent host and the backyard is very nice for outdoor meals. The walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes, a nice bakery on the way to the beach. The river that is right next to the property is very quiet. The train tracks are right next to the house(train runs every 10 minutes) but the host has double windows in all rooms to lower the sound tremendously. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the other 3 guest parties were a joy to converse with in the backyard. Two things to consider for your stay: 1.) Can you handle the train noise? every 10 minutes. 2.) Ask about bathroom size picture of the room you're renting. That backyard was worth it for me. like a mini arboretum.

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

We stayed in this house for three days with a group of friends and were absolutely delighted! The house is bright, clean, very cozy and tastefully equipped. The location is great: close to the airport and the center of Jurmala, while quiet and peaceful. The area is well-maintained, with a beautiful garden, a grill and a summer kitchen — an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. Inside there is everything you need: dishes, towels, toilet and kitchen utensils, even small things like cotton pads and dishwasher tablets — everything is provided to the smallest detail. The pool is warm (24–25 degrees), the sauna is large, well-maintained. We used it twice a day, and the water and electricity bill was pleasantly surprising — it turned out to be very small. The house has beautiful noise insulation — even loud music does not interfere with those who relax in another room. The layout is very convenient, no one disturbed anyone, even when there were guests. Special thanks to the hostess of the house — Iveta. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

the house was great exactly as shown in pictures there was even a lot of extra stuff that they didn't advertise. the host was very responsive and did what ever we needed. the house was very clean.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Responsive, hospitable host. I liked everything. P.S. Bring an opaque tape) In the hallway, the light is powered by a motion sensor without the ability to turn off this feature , this can create a slight discomfort. P.P.S. When checking in a few people, please note that there may not be enough hot water in the boiler for everyone. Overall, everything is alright.

I recommend 100%. The host is very kind, responds quickly to questions, clearly provided check in and check out details. Place in a very good location, close to the center, shops, caterers. Very clean, comfortable. The apartment has everything you might need from forks to household appliances ( hot air fryer, fridge, toaster, kettle, stove) all necessary dishes, hygiene products, household chemistry. The apartment is very warm and cozy, temperature controlled. If a property in Jelgava is needed, I will definitely be collecting this suite.

Place is fully renovated inside, got everything what we need for my family. We used a garden a lot - it's beautiful and has a lot of utilities:) And it's very close to the old town and market halls which we wanted to see. Plus it was quiet neighbourhood. Host is very communicative , it was also very easy to check in and out. I recomment this place:)

Great place to stay for few days, but unfortunately there is no cloth washing machine. I recommend!

We spent two weeks of vacation in Santa's place and are very satisfied. A beautiful location overlooking the Lielupe River. From here we were able to start many excursions into the beautiful surroundings. The apartment has very good amenities, which absolutely corresponded to the description and in some cases even went beyond it. The communication went very well and the personal contact was also extremely pleasant and friendly. We felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice and cozy stay here. The apartment is really clean, and all of the necessities are there. If you have any questions the host replies quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!
