Superb place to stay! 3rd time we stayed here and counting for more.

Overall is good, I enjoyed stay in here and will definitely come back later.

Wir verbrachten die ersten 2 Wochen unseres insgesamt einjährigen Jakarta-Aufenthaltes bei Sita, und haben uns bei ihr in dieser Phase des Ankommens sehr willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Sita war um täglichen persönlichen Kontakt bemüht und auch sonst bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Sie ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Person, die sich in vielen Bereichen gut auskennt und auf all unsere Fragen bezüglich des täglichen Überlebens in dieser riesigen Stadt Antworten gefunden hat! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich - eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt! Der schöne Garten entschädigt für den hörbaren Straßenverkehr - (dem kann man allerdings in Jakarta sowieso kaum entkommen;). Es gab täglich wechselnde Frühstücksvariationen, und der heiße Tee stand morgens immer bereit. Terima kasih banyak :)

This place is beyond my expectation, very easy to find, surounded by coffeeshops, Korean supermarket called "New Seoul", Lawson Minimarket, ATM, and others. Mbak Galuh was responsive and very humble too. The Kamar provides air conditioner, but somehow the place is quite comfortable without turned on the AC. It's the best choice if you're looking for cozy place with affordable price in south Jakarta.

Very nice location close to couple of big malls. Place was clean as I had good sleep. Easy check in. Devi is very easy to reach via messages for any question etc. I would stay again at this place when in Jakarta.

Menyenangkan mengginap di Villa ini. Pemiliknya mudah dihubungi, penjaganya sangat membantu👍🏻👍🏻. Hanya saja saat malam hari sangat dingin. Jika ingin berkunjung disarankan bawa baju tebal ataupun selimut tambahan sendirii

one of the peaceful places for staycation as we have expected. We had great family time with all the facilities in the guesthouse. the host was very responsive and helpful.

beneran ini nyaman bgt. mana penjaganya ramah2 dan responsif. host juga interaktif. bener2 rekomen yang mau disini. bintang 5 service excellent. pokoknya semua memuaskan. Highly recommend pokoknya!

Great place for transit. She provides shampoo and soap, also blanket.. feels like home.. no need to worry for seeking food, because she also provide restaurant, and nearby food place.. very recommended 👍🏻

AC is cold, water is hot, place is clean (and cosy) host comms are better than anywhere in Indonesia (so far)

The place couldnt be more perfect. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. Child friendly, super clean and the food was great. Fitriana and her family are very welcoming and will go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. Amazing place to come to with spectacular views!
