Kozystay team is always responsive to the issues we had - within Minutes! They also provided high chairs and baby cot for our children. What a great service! The building and the Apartment-unit are luxurious, the neighbourhood (other tenants) is peaceful and quite. The staff in the apartment (e.g. security & receptionist) are friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and neatly cared. The view from the apartment is gorgeous!!! (especially at night) and the location is unbeatable. Unfortunately we can still hear the mosque and the noise from the construction site close by, although the unit is in the high zone (over 30th floor). The Alfamart and Setiabudi One Mall are within 5 minutes walk from the building and we even have our private parking lot in the basement - which helped us a lot! There are no insects in the apartment, but a few tiny ants "visited" the kitchen island if there's any food left open. We would highly recommend the apartment and would like to stay again.

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay. Yvonne was very responsive, proactive and friendly. The room was exactly as it looks and described at the profile. Overall, we had a great time and hope to stay there again when we’ll be back

Endangs place is perfect !! Very quiet yet right in the city. Very convenient location. Host is very kind would love to stay at her place again on my next trip to Jakarta.

The room is clean and super complete, it's like home everything is there some of the ones I've rented in the same place but this is the best in my opinion check-in is also flexible and very easy

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Even though it was only for one night, we were very satisfied with the place we stayed in. The image in the photo is very similar to reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

It is very convenient because it is near a shopping mall.Also, parking is free, which was helpful. You'll find everything you need. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

Sunhwa's place is nice, cozy & family friendly. We were celebrating new year with whole family and enjoyed our stay there. The owner is very nice, live near the homestay, so no need to worry if we need their help urgently. Thank you for letting our family staying there :)

It’s a really pleasant stay at Blue Sky, I hope we can stay longer. The place is very comfortable and homy, it feels like we just visited our grandpa’s house instead of a rented villa. It’s old but very well maintained. The staffs are very helpful. The highlight is actually the landscape there. Offers beautiful scenery, and the land is VAST! Very well maintained despite the size. It has pool with shower room, badminton field, board games, flowers, fruit gardens, exotic birds, and a DIY slide down the literal hill (not safe for kids,unfortunately). Listed for max 16 guests, but I bet it can accomodate twice that if not more. We’re group of 11, and it’s still far too wide for us. I totally recommend this villa

Considering the private location and the facilities the cluster has (club house with swimming pool, gym, jogging track, play ground) vs the price it is really worth it and suitable for you who would like to escape from the daily hustle. Hosts are both really nice and proactive. They also provide instant noodle, coffee, tea for free.

Villa is cozy and beautiful. Smart TV, you can ytube, netflix etc. The spring bed is comfortable. The rooms and toilets are clean. There is an outdoor garden behind the villa to sit in. Pet friendly. Complete cutlery, you can cook simple like indomie. There is a microwave. Near the clubhouse, 5-minute walk. In the clubhouse there is a gym, swimming pool, oey coffee restaurant at affordable prices (good food, good coffee, open from 7am to night). There's an indomaret. There's a jpn restaurant too, but I didn't try it. Suggestions to bring your own are personal things such as: towels, toothbrushes, sandals, umbrellas. Overall, we were a happy family while here. I'll be back again sometime. Thank you, Mr. Liatono!

Aprisya's place is amazing! When we first arrived, it felt just like our home. It was clean & tidy, the kitchen is complete (cookware & condiments are available). The surroundings are just beautiful & friendly neighborhood. Everything looks like the pictures & description. Thank you for having us, we will surely come back to have another staycation at Sentul :)

One of the villas with a spacious courtyard, the villa consists of several buildings. The place is clean and feels comfortable, the kitchen and dining table section is separate from the rest of the building but so makes its own communal area for families to relax and play. The kitchen is very well equipped, you need to bring tools from home everything is available there Gallons of water are provided, charcoal for grilling, kitchen spices, even we are also given fritters for snacks Thank you for Mr. dirman and kang eman who were responsive when we asked for something, worth visiting next time when we went to the top again 👏🏻
