Beautiful family home with Austrian hinted styles, decorated with natural tints and vintage materials. We bought this 1906-build home for its distinctive features and amble light. Modernized it as far as we could (floor heating!). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. The home embodies cosyness. There are two fireplaces (one gas fired and one wood-fired). A 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, 8 min to trainstation (Amsterdam: 40 mins). Next to forest reserve "Lage Vuursche" (bike, hike, mtb, drinks)

A complete house near the Soesterduinen, ideal for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding in nature. Inside, you can enjoy a piano, gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the 2nd floor has an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with bunk bed and/or double bed. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin dichtbij. In 25 minuten met de auto zit je in het centrum van Amsterdam. Met openbaar vervoer (3 minuten lopen) ongeveer een uur . De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.

The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
