Très belle chambre, spacieuse et impeccable. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et très accueillants. L’hôtel est situé en dehors du centre-ville, ce qui permet d’éviter les désagréments liés aux travaux – un vrai plus ! Des scooters sont disponibles, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande quand même de bien se renseigner avant de réserver des activités ou des transports via l’établissement. Nous avons été déçus par la qualité du bateau pour la baie de Lan Ha ainsi que par le bus pour Hanoï, surtout au vu des tarifs. Il est préférable de vérifier à l’avance les compagnies proposées.

Stunning views and loved that 1 meal/drink per person was included. Room was also beautiful and cozy. Sally was also very accommodating with our changing plans. Overall amazing stay and aesthetically pleasing café as well. Gorgeous! Would highly recommend.

Thu Ha was bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen in Aromahouse in Cat Ba en daarna volgde een adembenemende boottocht naar Cat Hai. Onze bagage werd met de bromfiets opgepikt door Mai en na een korte natuurwandeling arriveerden we in het Ancien House. Voor ons leek het wel een droom. Je stapt langs een klein schilderachtig poortje een paradijs binnen. Het decor is adembenemend met hier en daar enkele gebouwtjes die de tand des tijds nauwelijks hebben doorstaan. Hier adem je gewoon authenticiteit. De inrichting van ons verblijf was sober maar vooral stijlvol. Het comfort is beperkt maar de unieke omgeving compenseert alles. Dit is bij uitstek een plek om tot rust te komen. Ook de kok verdient een pluim. Het eten was er heerlijk. Mocht het niet zo ver zijn, gaan we zeker terug!

Un merveilleux endroit, tellement paisible, calme, seul au monde en pleine nature. L’hôte est très arrangeant et parle un excellent français. Un bateau est venu nous chercher depuis notre bateau de croisière, et nous avons eu la chambre bien avant l’heure prévue, sans même le demander. La vue est imprenable, des kayaks sont à disposition quand on le souhaite, avec des parcours loin des bateaux et des touristes. Le repas était délicieux, l’un des meilleurs poissons de ma vie ! Et très copieux, dans une ambiance très conviviale avec les autres visiteurs. Un énorme plus pour l’hôte, le repas, la vue, les kayaks, et l’activité pour observer les planctons bioluminescents le soir. Juste génial. En plein été, il ne faut pas avoir peur de la chaleur dans la chambre ; sans cela, c’est réellement parfait ! Merci pour tout, je recommande et je reviendrai si je repasse par l’île de Cat Ba.

Staying at Ha’s Ancient Villa was an unforgettable experience. The place is absolutely stunning, immersed in nature and rich with history. Nestled in a natural park, the villa — built centuries ago by a local dynasty — offers a magical dive into the past. The food was exceptional: fresh, healthy, and delicious. May, who is incredibly friendly and welcoming, made us feel like part of the family. We even celebrated a birthday party together, which made our stay even more special! We also spent an entire day with Lu, their sweet dog, and completely fell in love with him. The whole family and the surrounding area are simply wonderful. Ha herself is extremely responsive and attentive to every need, making sure everything was perfect. If you are planning to visit Cat Ba, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. A truly unique and heartwarming experience!

Phòng sạch đẹp, thiết kế hiện đại rất có gu. View biển đẹp tuyệt, phòng rộng thoáng mát. Chủ nhà rất tâm lý, biết bọn mình đến muộn đã bật sẵn điều hoà. Dưới tầng 1 là quán burger rất ngon. Cách đó khoảng 10p -15p đi bộ là quán sữa chua cô Nghi, bánh cuốn gốc bàng bà bún Tứ nổi tiếng. Xung quanh nhiều quán cafe đẹp, view biển . Nhiều quán bún và cháo mình chưa kịp thưởng thức vì ham đi may quán các bạn review trước

The scarlet pearl had one of the best boats that we could see from these types of cruises . We had our own waiting area at the harbour whereas all the other cruises were all mixed together . We had a really luxurious experience. I had booked it for my husbands 40th birthday and the staff made it really special by surprising him with a birthday cake at dinner time. Our tour was very well organised. The food was 10/10. We had a 5 course meal for lunch and dinner and breakfast was amazing. The rooms and boat are very clean. The view from our room was stunning . We would like to thank the staff at the Scarlet and especially Jessica and Sam. I was also in communication with Stefan quite a bit before the departure and his response was very quick and he was very helpful. Thank you so much !

I would highly recommend this as an amazing place to stay. One of The most beautiful places I’ve stayed in 2 months of travelling Vietnam. Hoa and Tran my hosts for 4 days were great and looked after me very well. This is a special place to stay in a beautiful floating eco homestay. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing Highly recommend it for peace and quiet.
