Die Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und es fehlte an nichts. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! ❤️🫶❤️

Все прошло отлично, квартира расположена в хорошем районе, сама она большая по площади и удобная. Самым главным минусом был шум: каждый день с 6:30 утра начиналась стройка под окнами, спать без наушников было невозможно. Также под квартирой было техническое помещение, в котором также был шум уже до 1 часа ночи. Итого каждый день приходилось засыпать и просыпаться в наушниках. Но хозяин в этом не виноват конечно, поэтому оставляю 5 звезд)

The equipment of the apartment is super new, great to use, I very much enjoy that I can cook and do laundry all inside my room in a 8 days stay. The house is walking distance to a small lake, can blend in with local and chill besides the lake is the biggest plus of my stay. I'll definitely come back. I wish the next time when I'm back the neighbors' construction is finished. The house itself is very perfect.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. We had a wonderful stay at Winter House — a charming French-style home nestled right in the heart of Tong Duy Tan, the bustling 24/7 food street filled with amazing local eats. And the famous Train Street? Just a 2-minute walk away! Truly an amazing location. We’ll definitely be back next time. Huge thanks to May!

We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

Absolutely amazing apartment & hosts. It felt very homely which allowed me to thoroughly relax when at home. A great location for a short walk to Hoàn Kièm lake & train street. Fantastic restaurants close by with many ethnicities to choose from. Aha Cafe across the street had best coffee around & staff always greated me with a smile which made me feel very welcome. Lastly, I was left wanting nothing from the hosts. Uyen & Nhung regularly checked in to ensure i was comfortable & even supported me when I needed a parcel delivered from overseas. I cannot recommend this apartment enough & will definitely be staying there again.

とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!
