A febbraio 2025 abbiamo prenotato il Sunset Loft, inizialmente con qualche dubbio perché non c’erano ancora recensioni e Davide era nuovo su Airbnb. Lo abbiamo contattato direttamente e ci ha risposto subito in modo serio e solo tramite la piattaforma ufficiale. L’indirizzo non era subito visibile su Google Maps, ma Davide ci ha fornito ulteriori informazioni con grande disponibilità. Dopo il soggiorno, possiamo confermare che l’appartamento è moderno, pulito e conforme alla descrizione. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare il nord della Sardegna e perfetto per rilassarsi la sera. I suoi consigli su ristoranti, luoghi da visitare e negozi sono stati molto utili. Un host gentile e affidabile, un alloggio che consigliamo!

Nous revenons de 10 jours dans le logement de Monica. Les photos sont fidèles à l'annonce. Le logement est propre, bien rangé et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié les draps et serviettes de bains à disposition. La clim est un plus lors des grosses chaleurs. La terrasse permet de manger avec vue sur la mer. La piscine privative à la résidence est super. Le seul point négatif qui n'est pas lié au logement, mais à l'emplacement. Nous sommes un peu loin de tout. Il faut absolument une voiture pour profiter de la région. Sinon Monica est une hote très réactive, qui nous a donné des renseignements très rapidement. Je recommande ce logement

Beach Base Suite (The Bay) - Incredible Sea Views

Die Wohnung von Adam ist geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Sonnenuntergang ist traumhaft. Muntiggioni ist wirklich ein sehr kleiner Ort. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. In Muntiggioni gibt es einen Tante Emma Laden in dem es morgens Brötchen gibt und ein Steak Restaurant. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten. Der Parkplatz ist eng, aber auch mit einem größeren Auto einigermaßen gut machbar. Wir hatten tatsächlich zu Beginn ein technisches Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Dazu konnte Adam nichts, sondern es war durch ein Unwetter in der Woche zuvor. Adam hat hier jedoch sehr gut kommuniziert und sogar am Sonntag einen Techniker vorbei geschickt, der das Problem gelöst hat. Auch sonst hat Adam sehr freundlich kommuniziert und gute Tipps für die Umgebung geben können. Wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful view as in the pictures. The towels were nicely laid out and the detergents were waiting for the visitor. Francesca was friendly and quickly answered every question I had. When we left, she announced that the next guests were not coming yet, so we could leave in peace. Thank you very much!

Mi estancia en este Airbnb fue excelente. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. Las vistas son agradables y contribuyen a esa sensación de paz. El apartamento es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. La atención de la anfitriona fue impecable: siempre disponible y muy atento a los detalles, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y agradable.
