Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful place! We appreciated its location. Indeed, it was far from the hustle and bustle and in a very quiet environment. Every evening we were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the 2 terraces. In addition, the house is very well-equipped, there is everything you need. Giannis was very welcoming and very responsive. We highly recommend this listing!!

Uniquely beautiful, charming tiny house, wonderfully located between carob and olive trees, beautiful terrace with plenty of shade and seating and lounging options (as described and seen in the photos). The very friendly landlords live in the immediate vicinity (see photo 3). Thanks also to the very nice service staff Vicky, who changed the laundry in between! The proximity to Loutraki Bay is fantastic, the water there is crystal clear and wonderful for swimming. Interesting for future guests: the tavern praised in other reviews is currently (June 2025) closed, very close is an air force base, so occasionally jet planes fly - even at night. Recommended overall!
