The studio is as advertised, very well arranged, clean and functional with appreciable storage. Which is rare in a home of this size. The terrace and private parking space are a real plus of the accommodation. Claire is nice and attentive. The car is a must

The accommodation is in a great location, shops nearby, the Cher just opposite, a garden at the back is nice. We hope to be able to rent this accommodation again on our next visit to this town. Ideally situated! The apartment is steps to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the old city center. We walked to and from the train station, a nearby bike rental shop, and a grocery store. As the pictures show, there's a basic kitchen that was perfect for our breakfasts. The decor is simple and comfortable and shows off the building's old architectural features. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Tours.

We had a lovely stay in Chinon at Martine Monique's accommodation. This apartment is very comfortable and above all very well located. In the heart of the city, close to beautiful sites to visit and yet on a quiet and peaceful street. The bedding is also very good. Small touches provided by our host make the accommodation all the more friendly (bottle of water, tea and coffee capsules...) It was a real pleasure to spend a few moments there.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the apartment was very comfortable and well decorated. The little garden was particularly pleasant and unusual for a city apartment. In addition, it was well located — all of the major attractions and monuments of the city were within easy walking distance. The food hall (a couple of blocks from the apartment) was very convenient. There is also a parking garage located nearby.

We had a great time at Geoffrey and Aurélie's place. It's a real little corner of relaxation in the heart of the greenery, where calm reigns supreme – no annoying noise, just nature. The surrounding area is full of activities and visits, all within driving distance from the property. But beyond the outings, it's also a place where you feel good, perfectly designed so that you have nothing to manage. Everything is functional, well organized and invites you to rest. The jacuzzi is a real gem. Intimate, beautifully integrated into the space, it brings a touch of relaxation that completely transforms the experience. It's not just a "plus", it's a real asset that makes all the difference. The accommodation itself is worth a visit: tastefully decorated, combining exposed beams, raw wood, warm fabrics and soothing color harmonies. It's beautiful, it's cozy, it's relaxing. In short, a place to recommend!

I was very well looked after by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has an entrance independent of that of the house. It feels like coming home. The accommodation is very clean, very well located and nothing is missing. The place is quiet and relaxing. I'm really happy with my stay and I'd be happy to come back.

A real favorite for this apartment! Everything is perfectly thought out: the layout is impeccable, the decoration is sublime and the interior design really warm. The bedding is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and the spa bath, a real little slice of heaven for relaxing. The equipment is complete and of high quality, nothing is missing! The location is ideal, within walking distance of the city center and close to all amenities. Fantastic centrally located.Its around 30 min walk from station. Within a few minutes walk there are plenty of eateries. The bakery opposite is great. Saumur is a very walkable town, you don’t need a car. The apartment is quiet and well equipped. We will return.
