The Quinta is easy to find and the accessibility is good. Upon arrival we were greeted with a basket from the garden and another gastronomic treat that delighted us. The hosts were kind and our experience was great! The house is impeccably decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, the suites (all rooms) are appealing and pleasant. The outdoor and surrounding areas are very well maintained. We went for a family retreat, we were looking to have fun and enjoy each other's company in a beautiful and pleasant place. That's exactly what we got, if not more. We were very pleased with our choice and highly recommend Quinta do Casal da Aveleiras. Note 5!

Acacio is an amazing host. Super helpful, responsive and no request is too small. He made my birthday weekend very special. The house is just a dream with the best surroundings. We also had the company of three beautiful horses. One of the best places I have stayed and super happy with this experience. Thank you Acacio and team!

We had a super nice week at this beautiful private place. Very nice cottage, where you feel right at home. Super nice place where you can also swim, meditate or do Yoga. Konrad is a very nice man, full of tips and beautiful stories. We'd love to come back.

We stayed for four days to attend a wedding in the area. Joana is a brilliant host - always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The house was perfect for us (5 adults) and had everything we needed - spacious, clean and relaxing. Joana helped with recommendations and taxi transfers.

The highlight of this trip was discovering a hidden gem in a small city, making our family’s New Year unforgettable. ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, Are not the least among the rulers of Judah; For out of you shall come a Ruler Who will shepherd My people Israel.’ Bethlehem, though humble, is forever remembered for Jesus’ birth, angelic guidance, and the devotion of those who gathered around Him. Here, I met a devout family who invited us to their home Mass, with blessings, hymns, and silent prayer, turning a simple trip into something special. In a serene farmhouse villa, I experienced the soul of Portugal. Thanks to Jorge’s invitation, we shared a meal, wine, dance, and heartfelt fellowship, spending the final hour of 2024 together before welcoming the New Year. The old has passed; all is new. Blessings to our dear brothers and sisters in Christ.

Wonderful vacations We are a family of ten and we have spent 14 fantastic days in august 2024 at Joao’s family house at Salvaterra de Magos. The house is very big ( as presented in the pictures), very calm., very confortable (including excellent mattresses ) , very clean and with breathtaking views of fields mountains and birds. It is so well oriented that we did not suffer at any moment of heat . Almost no need to use the air conditioner The kitchen is big , functional and fully equipped with all necessary stuff The pool and gardens are wonderful and very well maintained as in the pictures It is close to all facilities and supermarkets and with very easy access for excursions on the Tajo river and to Lisbon area . The only inconvenient for us were the mosquitoes at the sunset . We would like to thank Joao for letting us sharing his wonderful family house , for his kindness and politeness and allowing us to have these wonderful vacations !!

We enjoyed 3 nights at Cork Tree House 2. Great location to visit some interesting and beautiful places. The family made us very welcome. Our two daughters loved the pool and making friends with some of the animals. The little shop was so sweet and we enjoyed delicious tomatoes and plums! Thank you for a lovely time!

The stay was really perfect.😊 My girlfriend and I booked the place to visit the Feira Golegã, the Lusitanofestival in Golegã. By car, it was perfect to reach from the property in 40-50 minutes, so we enjoyed the stay very much. Joanna was super friendly, welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us the best recommendations for the area so we could always eat great etc. I would come back anytime. 🫶🏻

We were delighted when we got into the apartment - upmarket finishings, very well equipped and the aircons were a life saver. Small pool to cool down in too. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation, very clean, just like the photos! Great location for those who want to get to know Óbidos and best of all, we were able to take our two dogs!!! Accommodation to advise everyone who wants to visit deaths and certainly repeat! The only thing to point out is the fact that there is little bed linen (blankets and sheets).

Right in the heart of Óbidos, the city is magical and this apartment is in the middle of everything, has a pool, the process to check in is super easy and close to parking. Excellent value.
