Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

In a renovated house above the lake , the view is breathtaking. this 19m2 studio, independent on the ground floor with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant time . You can walk by the lake in 5 minutes and enjoy a nice setting. Knowing the surroundings very well, I could advise you on the many opportunities for walks and "good" plans . I'm always available .

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, it has everything you need. It enjoys an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the esplanade of the lake is very pleasant, Aix les Bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies. 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will definitely come back to see you.

We stayed with our 2 children for 2 weeks in the accommodation. It is very pleasant, well located, well equipped and very clean. Anne and Nicolas are very pleasant, accommodating and understanding hosts. Their advice was valuable. Special mention to Eclipse, the little cat who loves hugs. The area is fabulous. We would totally recommend it and hope to be back soon!

We had a great time at this villa, ideal for a group of 10 people. The place is spacious, very clean and well equipped, especially in the kitchen where we found everything we needed for cooking. The host was always available and responsive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa for a group stay!

The minute we arrived, we felt right at home! The house has everything you need, and more! Feedback We were here on a family vacation (with 2 children and grandma) and were totally thrilled! The house has a great location with a fantastic view of the lake, which can be reached in no time by car or bike. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Especially the kids were nonstop in the pool, which is a real highlight. And also the communication worked smoothly and Sylvie was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended!
