Fantastic location - great beaches in a few minutes walk. Great snorkelling and fantastic beaches that bare well equipped. Great restaurants a short walk away. Very private location. The villa is so clean and uncluttered. Well equipped, everything works well and actually seems new. Definitely recommend this villa.

Eleni’s place was fantastic, clean and well located. She was very responsive and happy to help with any recommendations/taxis. A great time away.

The villa was beautiful, all the essentials was provided! The host was very informative and replied very quickly to any questions. The location is good if you are looking for peace and privacy, however there was a little bit of noise from the construction of other villas but this was very minimal and not constant. The villa is modern. Sofas and outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and bedding was provided. A big supermarket that is around the corner that you can even walk to. Easy access to main road but you cannot hear the traffic. Perfect for a relaxing end to our holiday. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the best time here! It’s a perfect location - situated ideally between gorgeous beaches and the town (restaurants and shops). Zoe’s place had absolutely everything we needed for our family and we felt right at home in her lovely place. Zoe herself was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay with our two toddlers easy and enjoyable. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend others to stay here too! Thank you so much for an incredible stay Zoe.

Performance is far ahead in terms of price performance. Really the house , the location , the hygiene and the attention are perfect. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend it.

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

The place was ideal for our needs and as described in the listing. Christos was very clear and detailed in his communications prior to our arrival. Place felt secure, private and relaxed.

We had a brilliant stay here! Wish we had booked for longer! Sea is just a walk away and prefect for snorkelling! Honestly thank you so much for giving us amazing memories:) gave us late check out for a small fee as our flight was in the evening which made our last day so much easier, thank you:)

Our stay at the villa was amazing. It has had renovations since last year, which include two ensuite bathrooms which have been extremely well done. The villa was extremely clean and well furnished. There is plenty of outside space by the pool and the tennis courts which kept the children entertained for hours! Plus, there was plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating! The villa was in a great location for us. The beach and town was a short walk and the location was quiet and easy to get to. The host was quick to respond to any emails and helped with recommendations for local places. We would definitely recommend a stay here!
