Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Big and airy alpartment in a convinient place. It has a good feel, 10 min walk minutes to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to main strip in Pernera. The appartment had everything for a comfortable stay. It was alwas a breeze so we hardly used the air con despite the temperature resching 30 c some days Can comfortably accomodate 4 or people as it has two big bedrooms. the only draw back was building work in the area but this seems to be the case everywhere in the areas of Protara, Paralimni, Kapparis and Perneras. But if you are out and about during the day should not be a bother . Jan does mention this in her description.

It was very kind of the host Mr. Ceyhun to call us in advance to get our check-in information and to greet us with a smile at the door. It was an admirable act to buy small gifts for our children and to make an effort to make them happy. We had a very nice holiday, everything you want is available at home, and even if it's not, Mr. Ceyhun makes an effort to find what you want. When we entered the house, everywhere was sparkling clean. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The pool enjoyment for the kids was completely different. Barbecue in the evening and the sunset is great. This house is at a level to meet all your needs. It would be great to stay in this house again on our next visit to Cyprus. I recommend it to everyone. We would like to thank Mr. Ceyhun very much for offering a perfect holiday with all its beauties. Thank you very much Mr. Ceyhun, everything was very nice.

Beautiful location, and well-equipped property! It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist area, which meant that the view included less development and we were able to find many restaurants open, even in the winter. Beach access was easy. Getting to a regularly-serviced bus stop at this time of year required quite a walk, but we didn't mind. The jacuzzi was amazing for cold evenings and tired bodies, and the house had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend!

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

The house was as described. We stayed 5 + 1 baby for 12 nights. The house is very spacious. It was very hot, but we had no problems because there was air conditioning in the house. There is hot water for use with the solar collector. The lack of hot water in some houses is an advantage for this place. There is a large area to park your vehicle. We also thank Mr. Musa for the wine.

Really enjoyed our time at the flat. The resort area was great, with a few good restaurants and pool/water park. The flat was clean and in good order, with everything you need. We’re already talking about going back!

My wife and I stayed in a very nice place. The house had everything we needed. Air conditioning was a must, we had a very comfortable holiday. Mr. Buluc's communication was very good, the location of the house, the layout, everything made us very happy. I hope to see you on our next vacation 🙏☺️

Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very attentive; he responded to all our questions very quickly and clearly from the time of booking to the time of checkout. We felt really safe and well taken care of. The house was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable, as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can walk to the sea in about 10 minutes. At the same time, it was a great advantage to be located within the site; there were three different swimming pools, two different gyms, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, butchers, casinos, and even amusement parks in the immediate vicinity of the house. Everything we needed at home was available: kitchen equipment, clean towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. This made the stay much more comfortable. In short, there was everything that contributed to a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!

The host finds immediate solutions to your questions and problems. He was also flexible during check-in and check-out times, it was a pleasant stay.

The house we stayed in was very good in the location, but there was a serious hygiene problem in the bathrooms, I requested cleaning, but it was very unsanitary even though it was cleaned, at least supplies such as bleach should be available in the bathrooms for such situations

My wife and I were guests of Mr. Davoud on our 4-day trip to Cyprus. The location was very central, the room was clean and spacious, the walking distance to the sea was 5-10 minutes, the price performance accommodation has everything you need and is sufficient. Thank you.🙏🏻
