A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

Our family really enjoyed the last couple of days in this place. It is a great place for the families/friends gateway. Definitely worth the visit and explore the peaceful nature👍 Good communication with the host (Tavor) before and after our stay. Really appreciate your help and support.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location was good, and the complex had great facilities, including two pools and a gym. A nice touch was the bottle of wine and snacks provided on arrival. That said, there were a few downsides. The beds in the twin room were extremely firm, which we found uncomfortable, though this is, of course, a matter of personal preference. The kettle took a long time to boil, and we had some trouble locking and unlocking the balcony doors in the living area. Those same sliding doors also provided little to no soundproofing, so noise from passing cars, mopeds, and nearby parties was very noticeable, even though the road itself wasn’t a major one. Small issue with the fire alarm, but we let Alex know, and he came the next day to change the batteries, which was appreciated. Overall, while there were some issues that impacted our comfort, the apartment itself was well-equipped and in a good location.

The host was very communicative and very helpful. The apartment has everything a family needs during their stay. The apartment is clean, clear and well located - everything you need is in the area. I RECOMMEND

The place is clean & tidy fresh bedsheets smelled clean with disinfectant also had small Gym. Very bright & light coloured wall paint. Nice decorative order throughout very noticeable piano in the front living area.

The compound where the apartment is located is quite nice. The indoor and outdoor pool (indoor pool is warm), Turkish bath were amenities where we used billiards. The view is amazing. The house has enough everything for two people. I think it's tight for three people. There is a large balcony. We ate here. There is a comprehensive market right in front of the site. We were very pleased. A house where we can stay again.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful and beautiful large apartment with an easy walk to the beach and opposite a quiet pool with nice loungers.

The apartment is beautifully located directly on the sea. With the pool, sun deck and nearby beach, you can spend relaxing and relaxing sunny days here. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment nicely furnished. Ingolf is always easily accessible for questions. We enjoyed the days here.

We felt like we were in Bali everyday, because the garden is fantastic. House has big rooms. Kamil is a kind person, who answered what we need and asked immediately. Whatever we need were in the house for house routine. I didn’t see any Airbnb house that clean. We are lucky to find and enjoy this house.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

What a beautiful and spacious bungalow! We were five adults with plenty of space! The complex is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea on the roof terrace. It was the perfect getaway for peace and quiet. I can't wait to return in the summer as there are 3 pools to choose from and the beach is 5 minutes away! Thank you to Sandy for making this a very easy process with consistent communication.

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location - very convenient, and also within minutes from the beach and a beautiful walk along the seafront. Checkin was super easy and George messaged every few days to check we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this house and we’d love to stay there agin.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

The villa was beautiful, all the essentials was provided! The host was very informative and replied very quickly to any questions. The location is good if you are looking for peace and privacy, however there was a little bit of noise from the construction of other villas but this was very minimal and not constant. The villa is modern. Sofas and outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and bedding was provided. A big supermarket that is around the corner that you can even walk to. Easy access to main road but you cannot hear the traffic. Perfect for a relaxing end to our holiday. Will definitely stay here again.
