Vacation rentals in Ayer Island

The whole house was spotless and tidy and according to the photos.Communication with the host was smooth and quick to respond.The museum and several restaurants are easily accessible from inside the building via the car yard.And there are guards throughout the building and the staff at the lobby are courteous.The only thing that was bothered was the stench of the channel.The first day of stay opened the door, it smelled from the kitchen and the toilet in the master room.I bought my own air freshening spray to deodorize, but the next day there was a stench and it just wasn't strong the first day; and there would be unspecified water damage in the corners of the toilet.Other than the channel issues, everything else was fine, easy and comfortable for 6 days.

Love how clean the place is. A bit small since it is studio apartment (so it is normal), but the host provided everything I need. Even the smallest thing that we may need like more tissue, trash bags, sponge and soap for washing dishes. It really felt like staying in a hotel, no bugs or even ant spotted. Awesome staying here. And they have indomaret next to the lobby. Will definitely stay here again in the future ❤ Thank you for being responsive and friendly. God bless you all.

really enjoy my stay at this apartment. worth the price, it has everything you need such as stove, microwave, utensils etc and also active netflix account. the swimming pool and gym are great.

The place is easily accessed. San Living team is really accommodating with my requests and very helpful with my inquiries. They provide a chat group so it’s easier for guests to ask for help. Something I have never experienced when booked an AirBnB before. I recommend San Living units for you to have a smooth experience staying in Jakarta.

The apartment is amazing and is in prime location. Clean,tidy rooms, great views and facilities was great for the family , access to the gym ,pool etc was useful and creating a truly homey atmosphere. We are hAdit was very nice and friendly people. We are so happy . Once again thanks for your hospitality, Adit and Diamond Dreams. Overall we are very happy to have here . Very highly recommended to everyone . Truly magic an apartment unit is a children's playground. Thekids feel at home playing there throughout the staycation. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, and also comfortable mattresses and resting places for their parents. Nice place for family so much. Nice job! 🤝🏻

This was my first time booking an airbnb and it was a beautiful and memorable experience. Irma is so kind hearted and a wonderful host. The place felt like home, clean and comfortable and filled with positive energy. I have already decided to book it again for our next stay!
