Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

Lovely cottage in Şirince, we stayed 2 nights here. Very peaceful, about a 7 minute walk into town. The host was very nice and responsive to our questions. I would recommend if you want a cosy, peaceful stay in Şirince 😊

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. We can only recommend this house. We'll even be ready for a second time.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We were absolutely in awe of this amazing place right on the water from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much that we ditched our plans to head to the harbour and instead stayed close, walking down to the sea to watch the sunset — absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was even better than pictured: spacious, airy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view of the water and sunset (with cats that visited the patio). Erdem went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply stay put and enjoy the views. Highly recommend! One note: the apartment is in a gated community, so you'll need to either drive or take a longer walk to reach the busier tourist areas. But honestly, you may not even want to leave — just bring some food with you, make your own meals in the kitchen and soak in the stunning surroundings!

A big thank you to Ali for hosting us and for her kindness. Our host refunded us 2 nights that we were unable to honor due to the cancellation of the flight by our airline less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Thank you very much for this gesture.

We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

We went for a two-day holiday as girls, the house was very nice, we liked it very much, it was safe, everything was as it appeared in the photos, most of the place was closed, only the trees on the right were pruned due to the season, I think it did not cover the area completely, but since the houses were empty, we did not have any problems, we entered the pool comfortably, the pool was also very clean and beautiful. It was very good that the kitchen equipment was varied, we even made a cake in a porcelain pan. :) The host was also very interested, we were able to reach him immediately in case of minor problems and he solved our problems, we thank him. It's a place where we can come and stay again.

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

We came with big families had a pleasant stay there. The house clean and compelete with we need to stay at home.

At the entrance to the house, Mr. Batuhan's mother, Ms. Ülker and her father, Mr. Murat, greeted us. It was a warm welcome as if we were going to our family's vacation home. While we were there, Ms. Ülker made us feel at home with her attention and quick solutions to every need. He was a great host. This house was the only beautiful thing except Didim's beautiful, endless beach and clear sea. I would not consider going to Didim again, I would not recommend Didim to anyone for a holiday, but if I have to go, I would like to stay in this house again.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive to messages, very helpful and friendly. There was a small shop for essentials close by and a bus route also which was very handy. The area the property was located in is nice and quiet also.

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. Thanks to hosts.

The home seemed to be in the photos. There was nothing missing, all the amenities were available. We stayed with 2 families and had no problems at all. Mr. Yigit and Ms. Tülay are very interested, when we wrote when we needed something, they came back in the moment and took care of it right away. They are very kind people. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden, it was quiet and calm, a place to relax. We came by planning to visit the surrounding beaches, but we liked the Çukuraltı beach very much, we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Very good location in Kusadasi, very close to Ephesus. We enjoyed the house and Özdered very much. If there's a chance in the future, we'd love to be guests in this house again. We were very pleased with the family.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. It was a very sufficient and peaceful house during our family vacation. The host was kind and caring. Everything that can meet the basic needs inside the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. The sea is clean and shallow. We are very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone

thank you very much for a good rest, as for a family holiday I highly recommend, everything is close to 4 children with different ages, there is something to do and everything in an accessible distance, the pool is clean, volleyball field, tennis, billiards, good beach and sea, and of course a very packed kitchen with dishes and appliances greatly facilitates the cooking process and a lot of appliances so you feel at home, quiet contingent and very quiet and clean.
