The house is located in the Golf neighborhood in the city of Tandil. A place at the foot of the mountains, quiet, peaceful, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It's an area of large houses with large gardens. The house is one block from the “Las Animas” trail for walking in the mountains. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.

Antares, a house located in the University Campus area, a few blocks from Unicen. Run by its owners, with space for 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with two sofa beds and air conditioning cold/heat. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and utensils.
