Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Awatere Valley

Our stay was perfect! Perfect location, close to everything we needed and very private. Would not have thought we were so close to the main hub of Richmond. Karen was a pleasure to deal with which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were so surprised at how well laid out the accommodation was - I don’t think the photos actually do it justice. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again if dates and availability suit.

Comfortable and clean studio. Jason was great with fast communication and information. It's about 25 min walk to restaurants and shops in main town area.

Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

Fantastic place to stay! We had come to do some mountain biking and Silvan Bike Park was just up the road. Gareth was very friendly and had great recommendations of trails. The place was very cosy, with good facilities and the perfect place to unwind. Would highly recommend :)

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

The Cottage at Harrogate is the best place to stay when in Hanmer Springs. Its our favourite place and we try and book our stay there every year! Ryan and Ania keeps the place tidy, spotless and comfortable. It is home away from home—— with very cozy and functional! Their kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for our family of 6. And its just few minutes walk from all the restaurants and hot pools. Nothing more you can ask for! Ryan and Ania has been extremely helpful with flexible check in time and they even message me if we needed anything after our check in. I highly recommend their place. Thanks again Ryan and Ania! A really fabulous house. Beautifully furnished and maintained. Pretty garden. Kitchen a dream.

After getting stuck in the area following a crash 15mins up the road, Jane was kind enough to let us book her Airbnb the same day. Jane is so responsive and the Airbnb was beautiful. It was so comfortable and clean, the road was quiet with plenty of space to park, there are some lovely restaurants 5mins down the road and it’s definitely one we will be saving to stay at again. Thank you Jane!

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all questions and queries. He was proactive in reaching out to us when there was an unexpected power outage. The house and the kitchen were very well appointed. Plenty of room for us all. I recommend his property to others.

Great place, beyond my expectations. Tidy and beautiful small yard. Great location. Fully equipped. Everything I needed for my stay was there.Beds were comfortable.I like the colorful seashell art and the little mushrooms in the yard.I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through.
