I used it when visiting the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum on a trip with my family of four. The interior was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with amenities and other items. The check-in method was also easy to understand with the video, and we had a very comfortable stay with the polite explanation.

DIY guesthouse near the Fukui Sta.

Highly recommended to stay at Sammie‘s. Sakiko runs such a nice, cozy, open guesthouse, the rooms are comfortable with enough privacy and a nice community used space. The location is super good, close to cafes and restaurants and train station. If we come back to Fukui we definitely come back.
A quiet street in Sabae City is depicted, featuring a traditional torii gate in the distance. Street signs and utility poles are visible, along with nearby buildings. The background showcases lush green hills under a partly cloudy sky.

Deluxe Room - Kuro - Machiya Heritage Hotel

It was an absolute treat to stay in this beautiful restored machiya building in Kanazawa. Every little detail of the hotel was gorgeous, from the wood floors to the dimmable lighting to the garden adjoining one entire side of the room. The bed was very comfortable, the shared kitchen was convenient, the shower was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the heart of the city. I’m so glad we had a chance to stay here!

Tanekura Inn. 1 group relaxing stay with breakfast

A beautiful, peaceful place. Such a perfect counterbalance to the busy traveling and bustling cities of Japan. We did the soba class and really enjoyed the delicious food at dinner and breakfast. It was lovely.

I came with my 2-year-old and my husband.(First use of an old house) There were a lot of toys for children, and the children played all the time The toilet was clean. They still wear diapers, but there was also a children's toilet, and it was like a public facility The surroundings are full of nature, and I enjoyed the spacious garden The children were able to play freely indoors. The futon was fluffy I also enjoyed the rice field experience (my children were playing in the water) You can also enjoy the nearby hot springs The nature was abundant, but I wasn't particularly bothered by the insects (I think there were a few) One night wasn't enough, so I might want to stay two nights next time There is a large supermarket in front of Kaga Onsen Station, so you can cook if you buy groceries in advance (I didn't check if there is a place to buy groceries within walking distance) I was grateful for the washing machine and dryer (and it was new, and the bathroom was clean) I was grateful to have cookware, seasonings, etc.
