This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

We loved this place! It was just exactly as stated in the B&B ad. The hosts communicated great and timely. We were close to Sebring, which is where we wanted to be and it was easy to get around and also had great places to just take a ride. Loved it, appreciated it, and we hope to be back again! The Florida weather was great as our home state of Ohio was cold while we were gone.

Very nice place, host was great and check in was flexible. The only negative that we had was the drive to Disney in the morning, with traffic was about 30 min but nothing critical. Overall 5 stars!

We had a great stay here. Such a great location for visiting our daughter at Florida Southern College. We had everything we needed and then some. The place was clean and comfortable. It included a washer and dryer! Yay! Marla was incredibly responsive and so helpful. A great host. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for a fabulous experience.

This home was wonderful. It was very close to all the restaurants and to Legoland park. This house was very clean. The home was well equipped. I was able to cook with ease. My family enjoyed staying here.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed accommodations. Home was clean and centrally located to all major attractions in Central Florida. Host was very responsive in sending alternative access code after primary didn't work. We will definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with our stay!! The pool was warm. The house was spacious and being inside a gated community made me feel safe to walk early mornings. We had a slight hiccup at check-in and Mario was very responsive to help!! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

From the time I booked until check-out, the host was very helpful. My family and I drove from NC and arrived much earlier than anticipated and the host was very understanding and helpful. She allowed an earlier check in that worked perfectly for us. The house was very clean and clutter free and I would highly recommend 5/5

Carla was very quick to reply to my messages. we loved the large fenced in back yard so my dog could roam freely. the lanai was was welcomed. The house was beautiful and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is going to the area.

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

John and Lori made our trip a dream! We had a busy trip planned with lots of daily activities and we needed no-nonsense lodging. They knocked it out of the park! They took all the guess-work out of the check-in process, had an excellent list of amenities, and helped make our stay stress-free with their prompt and clear communications. If you need a quiet, beautiful location to rest while visiting the Lakeland area, I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to staying at their place again!

We stayed over the weekend at Westgate River Ranch Rodeo and had an amazing experience. Judith was absolutely wonderful, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, beautifully organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We went with our family and had an incredible time — it was the perfect little mini-vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This was our second time renting with Judith, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She is truly an outstanding host. Thank you, Judith, for everything. We can’t wait to come back soon!

I enjoyed my private and quiet location during my stay. I love running and this place was a perfect match. A little bit far from the city it depends on the traffic. Noemi was a great and communicative host. She resolve quickly my concerns and was very proactive during my stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay other than a hotel, for the Haines City, Florida Ironman. We needed a place where we could cook, shower, and rest before and after, those were our main priorities. This home exceeded our expectations. I appreciated the kitchen very much! It had everything I needed as far as making meals is concerned. From the homie atmosphere to the Clutter free space, and yet everything we needed, along with little inviting touches, made us feel welcome and right at home. I also have to mention that the outside and neighborhood is one of the most peaceful places we've ever stayed. The host has excellent communication, and cared about the big and little details. If we come back next year, we hope to stay here again.
