Hatteras lighthouse is one of the most popular sites to see just 5 miles away in Buxton and Ocracoke Island is a scenic ferry ride worth the trip. Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

Ocean Minded (The Loft)

Ocean Minded (The Loft) is the top floor of our beach house featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from the screened in porch. The house is centrally located in Avon on a private, dead end road and is walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee shop. Most of the other houses on the street are privately owned by families that live out of town and are not rentals, giving it a very peaceful and serene feeling.

Hole in the Wall- Sound Side with Hot Tub!

Hole in the Wall is a sister house to High Wind Lookout . This spacious three bedroom private home is sound side with private access to the water. It's the perfect location for kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. It is also a one block walk to the beach and only a few steps from the walking trail that leads to restaurants, coffee shops and more. Hole in the Wall is noted for viewing the best sunrises and sunsets from it's extra large top deck.

Sunset Cottage on the Pamlico Sound.

This is a cheerful and friendly cottage on the Pamlico sound, away from the noise. It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower. Around the corner from us is a boat ramp to drop a boat or maybe some jet skis. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! Enjoy your stay!
