We spent one night at Soledad’s and had a wonderful stay. Soledad is a lovely host who is very responsive, friendly and offered excellent local recommendations. Parking and check in were very easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and well appointed, located in a charming and walkable area of Ávila. Highly recommend staying here!

Pablo es súper amable, muy atento y flexible con los horarios. La casa está muy bien y la ubicación es un maravilla. Zona muy tranquila con todo muy cerca. Repetiremos.

Estuvimos una semana muy a gusto en el piso de Faguguri. Nos recibió personalmente para darnos las indicaciones pertinentes al uso del piso, lo cual se agradece. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Faguguri es extremadamente amable y servicial. Recomendamos ampliamente este alojamiento a unos cuantos metros del centro histórico de Salamanca. Muchas gracias por todo!

Cercanía a la zona mas visitable de la ciudad. Posibilidad de parking, y piso muy limpio con todo lo necesario.

We had a great stay at Pablos flat. I’d say the best thing about it is the location. Right in the middle of the old part of the city. Near all the tourist attractions.

Het appartement zit midden in het oude centrum van Salamanca. Het is levendig maar tegelijk rustig doordat het historisch centrum vrijwel autovrij is. De parkgarage op twee minuten lopen is het geld waard. Het appartement ziet er geweldig uit en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Pablo is en goede gastheer en heel plezierigen de omgang. We raden deze accommodatie voor 100% aan!

estuvimos muy cómodos, cerca del casco antiguo con solo cruzar el puente romano, 5 min a pie, y muy tranquilo no se escuchaba ni un ruido x la noche. Una zona con aparcamiento gratis en la calle aunque el apartamento cuánta con plaza de garaje. tiene todo lo necesito para pasar unos días . lo recomiendo

Bardzo fajnie spedzilismy czas :) super lokalizacja, w samym centrum miasta, ciepłe mieszkanie (bylismy w lutym). Świetna baza wypadowa w pobliskie góry!

Estefania was always helpful listen to our concerns and dealt with it promptly I recommend highly for one to enjoy quietness and peaceful with a lot of walking

The location of these tourists apartments cannot be beat. You are located directly across the old Roman bridge across from the cathedral, with beautiful views from along the river especially at night when it is lit up. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was extremely clean and much more spacious than we had anticipated. We were two traveling with two small dogs, and the apartment could very comfortably sleep two adults and two children or three adults. The building itself is very quiet with three apartments on each floor. The walls were thin, but there was not noise from the street and other residents and guests were quiet and respectful of the shared spaces. There was a parking garage with direct access to the building via a stairwell and elevator. The bathroom was large and had a huge walk in shower without a step; making the unit suitable for those with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair/walker. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great value for location and accommodations with great garage parking within walking distance of all the local sites. Large comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. There’s no AC or heating in the unit, could be an issue in winter or summer months. Note, the living room sofa was very worn and damaged with cigarette burns, all other furnishings are comfortable and look new. The fully equipped kitchen is nice to have. Check-in/Check-out was easy.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita y diríamos que mucho más para poder pasar los días que queramos a gusto. Buen confort, limpio, en muy buenas condiciones. Todas las instrucciones están detalladas. El lugar donde se encuentra ubicado está muy bonito y agradable para descansar. Si tenemos que dar un calificación del 1 al 10 le damos el máximo. El apartamento es mejor incluso que lo que indica la descripción, las camas cómodas, sofás cómodos, sin ruidos, la temperatura de la casa con 37 en la calle increíble sin necesidad de aa, . No le faltaba ni un detalle en cuanto a menaje, los tres baños nuevos y sobre todo si vas como en nuestro caso con personas con movilidad muy reducida, es súper cómodo tener el baño y la habitación adaptada, espacios amplios para la silla de ruedas... La urbanización en un sitio muy tranquilo y bonito, y la piscina estupenda también...esperamos poder repetir

El apartamento de Marusa es ideal para una familia como nosotros, limpio, acogedor, amplio... Además cada año va haciendo pequeñas mejoras que aumentan la calidad de la estancia. La urbanización, el pueblo y el entorno espectacular!!! Seguiremos repitiendo...

La estancia ha sido estupenda. Desde el primer momento Concha estuvo en contacto conmigo facilitandome todos los detalles. Es una señora estupenda. el sitio ideal para descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza. La piscina genial y tener parking también suma puntos. Encantada de haber pasado unos días allí y deseando repetir
