Everything is perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, well-furnished and extremely clean. Also noteworthy is the ability to conveniently park the car on the property.

Before talking about the apartment, I want to say that Antonio and Giulia were two exceptional people. For a series of coincidences on the first day our dog was lost and having asked Antonio for help, they immediately went out of their way through social media, in the search. After a few hours when I was no longer hoping for it, Antonio calls me and tells me that he found the dog! Wonderful news, so thanks again to you guys! The apartment is very nice, tidy and super clean. It is also very central, in 2 minutes walk you are in the center and at the proton of Roccaraso. Antonio is always available for advice or any kind of need. If you want to take a vacation in Roccaraso and you are no longer people, go to the Regina vacation home and you will be satisfied, without a doubt or perplexity! We'll definitely be back...

Comfortable accommodation for visiting the center and getting around on foot, equipped with every comfort. Unfortunately, the directions provided by Google Maps are incorrect, but the host has clarified any doubts.

Very well located in the heart of the village. Clean, well equipped, nice (even if a little dark). Perfect for couple with 1 or 2 children. We will be back.

I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. Such a lovely welcome to Sylvia’s home with a delicious apple cake baked by her mother! We wanted to stay somewhere near Tivoli to see the fabulous gardens at Villa d’este and it didn’t disappoint. Neither did they! Up high with lovely peaceful grounds, view of Rome and lovely attention from Sylvia’s parents who were so friendly, introduced us to their two donkeys and gave us eggs from their hens and olive oil from their trees! I loved sitting outside in the December morning sunshine with my coffee overlooking the beautiful gardens, chatting to her parents and listening to the braying donkeys! Sylvia was most attentive to all our needs. It was a lovely experience.

Everything was perfect. Tina and her parents were extremely friendly to us! They even lit the fireplace to create a magical and romantic atmosphere! Beautiful mountain views and a peace we haven't been able to find in a long time!

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

Two-story house in the heart of Fiumata, you can walk in a minute to a very nice pier in a green and evocative landscape. The village is extremely quiet and the atmosphere is restful. Very comfortable place. Celestino provided us with the information we needed, great experience

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Nothing was missing and the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The cleanliness was very good and the atmosphere was welcoming, the area was quiet and peaceful. Tiziana was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay, improving the entire experience.

It's not my first time staying in this home and it's not a coincidence. I was happy to come back for Lorenzo's kindness, the fact that there is reserved parking, beautiful surroundings. Everything is clean, functional and working. Great cleanliness. Fully satisfied.

Patrizia was great and very responsive. She also provided suggestions for where to eat and more. Location is perfect, just bot ideal if driving as 24h parking will cost you around 19 eur a day so not ideal if staying multiple days.

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!

I’d lived in Avezzano for a few years as a child. This place was 7 minutes from my childhood home! It was very conveniently located. We were able to walk to most places, and, were a short drive from all the rest… While much had changed since my childhood, staying in this apartment “felt” a bit like home!
