The apartment is located in a very green area and, from its location, we enjoyed a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The area is very quiet and is perfect for those who, like us, love contact with nature. The apartment is very clean and tidy, stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We received a very pleasant welcome that added the famous icing on the cake to make our stay simply perfect!

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in this amazing yurt where time stops. Everything is beautiful and well-kept. The property has all the comforts and precautions possible, from the sofas and loungers outside the jacuzzi with views of nature, from the refrigerator to the coffee and ice maker. All to stay overnight in the peace of mind. Tom is a really good host, he made us find breakfast in the picnic basket outside the door in the morning and it was very much appreciated. The care and dedication to the environment also make this property a really fantastic accommodation.

Ivano was immediately warm and kind from the moment we booked the house. We were a fairly large group of people and despite this Ivano did everything to meet our needs. The house is wonderful and we had a very nice New Year's Eve. I highly recommend it

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.

It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's house. We had a great time and being in the historic center of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk arriving among the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights up to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this property is the huge hot tub set in the rock on the lower floor of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

Massimo's apartment is really nice. Very close to the Isola del Liri waterfall, inside the historic center. We were passing through but staying on the island is something to do, because the surroundings have so much to offer. Thanks for hosting!

Cosy apartment with real fire

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

The best view of such a wonderful accommodation.. Friendly owner Thanks to you, I'm making good memories. In a house with such a long history in my life Can I sleep.. It's a nice enough place with just one thing As soon as I entered, it smelled good. If you look for the downsides, It was a little complicated to find accommodation. It was narrow and high. But he explained it so kindly that it wasn't that difficult I'm here. It's not hard if you look at the milestones on the street rather than Google Maps. If the carrier is heavy It may be a little difficult because of the stairs. I went by a little big car, and in order to park You have to go into a narrow tunnel, but you can scratch the car there. You have to be careful. There were quite a lot of parking spaces, but there were a lot of cars parked, so you may have to go down a little. And the water pressure of the hot water is weak, so it's hard to take a refreshing shower. If I had gone in the summer, it wouldn't matter, but it was a little chilly, so it was hard to wash with cold water. I already knew that through the reviews, so it was okay. But it might be difficult for women who like to decorate. I had more important sleeping in a nice house, so it didn't matter. There was also a fireplace, so my husband loved it. I had fun playing with fire. If you want to have a special experience I highly recommend it. I want to come again next time.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Beautiful landscapes and characteristic B&B at the foot of a castle that we also visited, great restaurant recommended by Marco, "il girasole", characteristic village, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Perfect location! Very warm, traditional apartment. Hosts are lovely! We arrived to fresh homemade pastries, a bowl of fruit, milk, bottled water, spices, and many other kitchen items. Felt like home right away. Will stay here again.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

House was in very beautiful location and worked extremely well for a big group (9 adults) like us. Easy to walk everywhere in village! Only improvement that I can think is that the kitchen would have been a bit larger for such a big group like us.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

A true haven of peace, La Torretta is one of the few places where authenticity is de rigueur. Giacomo's family welcomed us warmly with elegant simplicity. For 2 weeks we enjoyed the wonderful saltwater pool, a terrace with exceptional views of the mountains and olive groves of Monteleone. Emotion and poetry punctuated our vacation. Rome delighted us and the Lazio hinterland really seduced us! Dolce vita guaranteed!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too.
