Family-friendly vacation rentals in Avezzano

Villa très charmante et très confortable. Nous avions le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances en famille. Les nombreuses terrasses, le jardin clos, le jacuzzi ont contribué à notre bien être. Les chambres bien décorées et spacieuses nous ont offertes de bonnes nuits. Là cuisine est très pratique. Il manque peut-être un four et un grille pain. Le village est calme et charmant. La petite épicerie bien achalandée et le petit café sont juste à 5 min à pieds. L'emplacement du village est optimal pour visiter la région (les Abruzzes) et profiter des baignades dans l'Adriatique. Un grand merci à Liliana et son conjoint pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons.

What a wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it was a dream location. Quite but with free use of the pool and other areas. All of the staff up at the main house, were amazingly helpful and friendly, we ate a wonderful breakfast there every day. My daughter also enjoyed a couple of riding lessons!

Beautiful place comfortable with all the comforts of home and attention to detail. Great amenities and attentive and helpful owners. Fabulous place to stay for some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings

Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Kjeld's house was amazing. The terrace and the view are beautiful and if you want to see Cori and the surrounding area, it is well located. Kjeld responds quickly and is available for any problems that arise. However, it is not clear from the a and it was not well communicated despite specifically asking that the accessibility of the this property is very difficult. It is 153 uneven steps down from the parking and about 300m. So large suitcases are not recommended. You can drive a small car within about 50m of the property for unloading but you need a skilled driver. No parking there. Also, within the property, there is a 12-15 step staircase to enter and 20 steps to get to the bedrooms as well as about 25 uneven and narrow steps to the terrace. All well worth it but not the right place for you if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would love to stay again.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

Logement très bien situé au coeur du village. Propre, bien équipé, agréable (même si un peu sombre). Parfait pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Nous reviendrons.

Questo fine settimana abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Donatella io, mio marito e il nostro bimbo di 9 mesi. Siamo stati a dir poco benissimo. La casa si trova in pieno centro e gode di tutti i comfort e le comodità; ci siamo sentiti veramente come fossimo a casa nostra... Donatella, torneremo! :) Grazie di tutto!

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Altamente consigliato

È proprio il tipo di alloggio che stavamo cercando. Immerso nella natura, silenzioso e confortevole. Ottima la gestione del padrone di casa Efisio, sempre disponibile e moto discreto. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tra l'altro la zona, la Valle Roveto, è ricca di borghi da visitare e sentieri da percorrere. Per avere un'idea dei posti che si trovano in zona è possibile visionare i video di alcune delle località che abbiamo visitato e che sono pubblicati nelle pagine social di "Esplorendo in libertà". Un caloroso saluto alla Valle Roveto e ad Efisio!!

Excellent place. You're a 10 minute walk from everything Tivoli has to offer and a 5 minute walk from the nearest parking lot. We would 100% stay here again. Extra shout out to Alessia who met us at the place, got us checked in, thoroughly showed us everything in the apartment and gave us lots of local recommendations. Thanks Alessia!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir haben die Unterkunft absolut geliebt. Die Lage ist wunderschön – umgeben von atemberaubenden Bergen, viel Ruhe und herrlicher Natur. Der Strand ist in Ausflugsnähe, sodass man eine perfekte Mischung aus Bergen und Meer genießen kann. Die Unterkunft selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet: Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Betten sind super bequem, und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren vier Wochen dort und haben von der Unterkunft aus gearbeitet – das hat problemlos funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, immer für nette Gespräche zu haben und hat uns sogar begleitet, als unser Hund vor Ort zum Tierarzt musste – eine riesige Unterstützung! Auch die Hunde vor Ort sind wunderbar, und die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr hundefreundlich. Wir können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Luigi è stato un oste straordinario, si è informato durante tutto il viaggio sul nostro progresso, ci ha aspettato pochi km prima del paese per aiutarci dato che stava nevicando fortissimo, ci ha aiutato a scaricare i bagagli ed è stato disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, a cavallo di Natale. La gentilezza di Luigi, così come degli altri ospiti di santo Stefano di Sessanio, è al di sopra di qualsiasi aspettativa! L’appartamento è semplice ma pulito, accogliente e ben fornito!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour et avons été très bien reçu par Marco. la piscine sécurisée est un gros atout en cette periode de grosse chaleur estivale. Marco nous a animé un atelier de cuisine pour les enfants pour leur apprendre à faire des pâtes fraîches. Nous avons passé un bon moment autant pendant la préparation que pendant la dégustation 😉 Je recommande vivement !

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Wir waren vor kurzem erst bei Luigia & es war ein wunderschöner Ort/Urlaub um vom stressigem Alltag zu Hause abschalten zu können! Die Unterkunft war unfassbar- es war sauber, wunderschön & Stilvoll eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man eben so braucht☺️ Der Haushund Gino, war ein unfassbar toller Hund, einer der schlausten den wir kennenlernen durften und er hat uns die Tage die wir in der Unterkunft geblieben sind oft versüßt! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort um abseits von vielen Touristen Urlaub zu machen und einfach zu genießen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤍

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Véritable havre de paix, la Torretta constitue l'un des rares lieux où l'authenticité est de rigueur. La famille de Giacomo nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec une élégante simplicité. Pendant 2 semaines nous avons profité de la merveilleuse piscine d'eau salée, d'une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes et les oliviers de Monteleone. L'émotion et la poésie ont rythmé nos vacances. Rome nous a comblés et l'arrière pays du Latium vraiment séduits! Dolce vita garantie!

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏
