Family-friendly vacation rentals in Avezzano

Very charming and very comfortable villa. We had the essentials to have a great family vacation. The many terraces, the enclosed garden, the jacuzzi have contributed to our well-being. The well decorated and spacious rooms offered us good nights. The kitchen is very practical. It may be missing an oven and toaster. The village is quiet and charming. The small, well-stocked grocery store and small cafe are just a 5-min walk away. The village's location is optimal for visiting the region (Les Abruzzo) and enjoying swimming in the Adriatic. A big thank you to Liliana and her spouse for their kindness and availability. We recommend it.

Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Kjeld's house was amazing. The terrace and the view are beautiful and if you want to see Cori and the surrounding area, it is well located. Kjeld responds quickly and is available for any problems that arise. However, it is not clear from the a and it was not well communicated despite specifically asking that the accessibility of the this property is very difficult. It is 153 uneven steps down from the parking and about 300m. So large suitcases are not recommended. You can drive a small car within about 50m of the property for unloading but you need a skilled driver. No parking there. Also, within the property, there is a 12-15 step staircase to enter and 20 steps to get to the bedrooms as well as about 25 uneven and narrow steps to the terrace. All well worth it but not the right place for you if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would love to stay again.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

I recommend the place provided by Nadia. Charming place, breathtaking scenery. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning, breakfast that was kindly offered to us by Nadia, a very kind, quiet, helpful person. She was also able to give us great directions to places to visit! The rooms were warm when we arrived, the space is also enough for families. (We are a couple and we were comfortable). I recommend this b&b because it is perfect for those who want tranquility and get lost in nature. 😊

This weekend we stayed in the apartment of Donatella, my husband and our 9 month old. We had a great time to say the least. The house is in the center and enjoys all the comforts and comforts; we really felt like we were at home... Donatella, we will be back! :) Thanks for everything!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

Motorcycle host available and welcoming, the house is perfect for three or four people, it is in the upper part of the hills, quiet and peaceful, has everything you need: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room all equipped with the necessary, fireplace, barbecue and terrace with beautiful views make the stay special! Recommended!

It's just the type of place we were looking for. Surrounded by nature, quiet and comfortable. Excellent management by the host Efisio, always available and very discreet. We had a very good time. Among other things, the area, the Roveto Valley, is full of villages to visit and trails to walk. A fantastic stay! We absolutely loved the place. The location is beautiful – surrounded by breathtaking mountains, lots of tranquility and magnificent nature. The beach is close to excursions, so you can enjoy a perfect mix of mountains and sea. The accommodation itself is excellently equipped: the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the beds are super comfortable, and there is really everything you need for a longer stay. We stayed there for four weeks and worked from the property – it worked smoothly. We would like to emphasise the great hostess. She was incredibly helpful to always have nice conversations and even accompanied us when our dog had to go to the vet on site – a huge support! The dogs on site are also wonderful, and the place is very dog friendly overall. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

Lorenzo's property is truly amazing. He made our stay the most memorable of our trip to Italy and we were genuinely sad to leave such a beautiful place. The romantic tower had everything we could need for our 5 nights and we loved every minute. The surroundings are spectacular - lots of lakes, hikes, nature etc to immerse yourself in. The swimming pool, table tennis etc on the property were added pluses as were the animals (goats, kittens and a donkey). Thanks for being such a kind host to us and helping with tourism tips etc - we definitely hope to come and stay again in the future :)

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
