House vacation rentals in Avezzano

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

This is a true country villa with two large, comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, a giant country kitchen with modern appliances that is very usable, and huge common areas for dinners and entertaining (literally about five different dining areas, inside and out). The pool is well-maintained and was a real help as we were there during a spell of hot weather and this made it much more bearable (we used it every day to cool down). The house is nestled in an ancient olive grove literally adjacent to the grounds of Hadrian's Villa (if you are a Roman history buff!) and only a ten-minute drive to the center of old town Tivoli, a very lively destination for shopping and dining and tourist attractions). The host and 'caretakers' (who live in another section of this large house) were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. You will need a car to stay here. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

A true haven of peace, La Torretta is one of the few places where authenticity is de rigueur. Giacomo's family welcomed us warmly with elegant simplicity. For 2 weeks we enjoyed the wonderful saltwater pool, a terrace with exceptional views of the mountains and olive groves of Monteleone. Emotion and poetry punctuated our vacation. Rome delighted us and the Lazio hinterland really seduced us! Dolce vita guaranteed!

This was a beautiful part of Abruzzo to stay. It was close to everything and each day we saw something new. Daniel’s father, Gino was onsite twice a day to ensure the pool was in tip top shape. The highlight was being invited to share lunch with Gino & Theresa on our last day. An interesting event with neither of us speaking any of each other’s language. (Google translate prevailed) it was a beautiful lunch together.

Our stay (with 2 very young children) in this beautiful cottage was a real relief. Located in an idyllic setting, the location exudes tranquility and nature. The house itself was brand clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lamberto's hospitality was top - from the moment of arrival to departure, we felt more than welcome. The house was also equipped with every comfort, even toys for the children were thought of. The village itself is very quiet, almost deserted, but precisely because of that you will experience an unprecedented silence and relaxation here. It is a great base for all kinds of beautiful excursions in the area. Finally, there is a charming, authentic restaurant in the village (Parkkeller). The food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for a cozy dinner after a day of adventure.

My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location was perfect. Claudio was super helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and well furnished, with all the comforts we needed. We felt right at home! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the area. We'll be back soon!!!

A very nice stay in Cecilia's pretty blue house with superb mountain views and very nice decoration in the house. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Access is a bit tricky so plan to communicate well with Cecilia in order to get a parking space. A beautiful village that's quiet, relaxing and pleasant. I would really recommend it, Cecilia was very accommodating despite our late arrival following a change in our schedule, a big thank you again, very friendly and serious person. The place is perfect for a visit to the area. A clean and comfortable little house, a full and very comfortable kitchen where we could cook. The village of Spedino is very quiet with views of the mountains. Great experience.

If the carrier is heavy It may be a little difficult because of the stairs. I went by a little big car, and in order to park You have to go into a narrow tunnel, but you can scratch the car there. You have to be careful. There were quite a lot of parking spaces, but there were a lot of cars parked, so you may have to go down a little. And the water pressure of the hot water is weak, so it's hard to take a refreshing shower. If I had gone in the summer, it wouldn't matter, but it was a little chilly, so it was hard to wash with cold water. I already knew that through the reviews, so it was okay. But it might be difficult for women who like to decorate. I had more important sleeping in a nice house, so it didn't matter. There was also a fireplace, so my husband loved it. Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!
