The place was nice. Right above a few restaurants so that was very convenient. The best part of the room is the blackout shutters!! I loved them so much! Lots to see and do. Wonderful person. Always attentive and helpful, super friendly and helpful, it was a great pleasure to have met her. If I go back to Rome, I would definitely try to go back to his house. A 20-minute walk from the Colosseum and just over a 5-minute walk from Ostense station, where there is a direct train to Fiumicino airport and trains and buses to the city. In short, everything was perfect, and on the last day he gave us a little gift that my daughter loved. Thank you very much Giovana.

Our stay at Roberto's apartment was simply wonderful! Roberto is a very friendly and attentive host. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located – close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. Roberto helped us navigate the city: he provided a map of Rome, suggested an easy route to the main sights, and recommended the best gastronomic spots. The stay with Chiara was great. The space was nice and very well organized and clean. Chiara is also a sweetheart, always responding to my messages quickly and explaining everything to me in detail. Rome can be a bit chaotic, so the bus schedules didn't always match what was shown and since there was only one bus line that led to Chiara's apartment, it made getting around a bit difficult (but nothing that prevents you from having a pleasant experience in Rome). Metro line A (orange) passes relatively close to Chiara's apartment, so when I couldn't catch the bus that left me at the subway station, I would walk there. From this line, it is possible to reach several tourist spots in Rome and transfer to other lines to reach the others. Chiara also offers Italian coffee. Since I went at Christmastime, there was panettone!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano station, which made our trips to Rome much easier. The room is spacious, modern and very functional, providing plenty of comfort. Breakfast was a great differentiator, making our experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Francesca was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information clearly and ensuring a smooth check-in. The access to the apartment was easy and well explained, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, practicality and great hospitality in Rome!
