We loved spending a week at Vicente's place! It was a short walk to the main square and bustling areas of Coyoacán, but far enough away to be a quiet and calm area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us (the top bedroom gets too warm to sleep in if the weather is hot; we ended up all sleeping in the lower two bedrooms which worked out fine!) Vicente and Beatriz were very accommodating and flexible during our time there. We would highly recommend staying in Coyoacán and appreciating all it has to offer!

This is my go-to apartment when I am in Mex City for business and pleasure. Location is excellent for getting everywhere easily by a cheap uber: Airport, South Bus station, Estadio Azteca, The university, even north to the historic district downtown. It is on a busy street and i have never had an issue with noise. The place has a great space for working and the two bedroom/two bath set up is ideal. Many walkable restaurants, mercado, street food and cafes within 10 minute walk. Host is amazing and I hope to be back soon.

This apartment has a great location in Coyoacan, less than a block from the main plaza. It's well stocked for everything although we never actually cooked. It was clean and easy to check in and Elisa was really responsive. To note it's not in a loud area but the front bedroom is right on the street so regular sounds like people walking by or cars can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had such a pleasant stay! Check in was a breeze, the unit was comfortable and super modern and chic ! I loved how it was close to nearby restaurants and it felt very safe :) will definitely be back!

Good place, downtown and the best thing is that there is a square 2 minutes away. I would always recommend it

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

I admit that at first I had my doubts, but in the end the place really IMPRESSED me. It's a very large place, with many areas where you can spend time. It has several amenities for entertainment. The rooms are very cozy, comfortable and with a very nice view. The host was always attentive to my questions and was very clear in his answers. I would definitely go back to this spot.

Was a good place to stay

We had a wonderful week-stay at Valeria’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities listed. One private bathroom per room is a plus. The location was perfect, close to the Frida’s house museum and downtown Coyoacán. The group of hosts were also very responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations. We highly recommend this listing! And definitely would consider coming back.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

This was a quiet and serene place to come back to after exploring the city.

Everything is very good

We stayed in Sofia’s place for three nights and all went well. We didn’t meet Sofia but she was responsive when we did get in touch. The patio is a really nice feature, beds are comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the zocalo of Coyoacán. Love the neighborhood; we have been here multiple times before.

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

A great location near UNAM and the stadium. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 24 hour security/Concierge at door. Large apartment although second bed is a single. This is an urban location, bring ear plugs for sleep which I always carry and you will enjoy. Nice kitchen and bathroom.

A fantastic place right in the middle of Insurgentes, with lots of great places for coffee and food, and super close to a Metro Bus station. The view from 11th floor is gorgeous. The apartment overall is great and in perfect condition, and a nice cherry on top is incredibly tall ceiling, making it feel extremely spacious. The check-in process was as simple as it can be, and the building security is very friendly and helpful. The building is also very easy to locate by Uber/DiDi drivers.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to practically everything and has everything you need to stay as many days as you want. Check-in is very comfortable and the host is always attentive to any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it's something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

A++ cannot recommend Lorenzo’s place enough! absolutely perfect location steps from the park and all the best that Condesa has to offer. would stay there again on our next visit to CDMX!!

We stayed for a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The complex has very clear rules, which makes living together easier in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we used the pool without any problems. Having the shopping mall across the street makes things much easier. It's a ten out of ten.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.
